Taleen seems to be a real person 💯 💗
taleen was born for this world & im here for it cause she doesn’t it so well
She is a backstabber, unfortunately, most people would like her personality. Taleem and Ayan both want Stanbury’s acceptance.
Taleen is a horrible horrible friend. Nothing was that bad where she had to sit with Stanbury and call brooks a drunk on camera. She is a mother 1st and Taleen went too far. Also delusional to say she is getting mostly love. What social media is she on 😂
When folks who look like certain folks are faced with situations such as 26:00 that has to do with opinions from folks who don't necessarily look like them...opposed to constantly reaching for quotes such as 26:04- 26:16 to garner sympathy and the constant revalidations that only go hand in hand with guilt. Making the "slightest" attempt to find out for yourself WHY those folks who have those opinions have them and to "increase" your "awareness" about them which would in turn "modify" the "behavior" that led to those opinions.... is when we can "with conviction" say that some "PROGRESS" has been made with the phenomenon in question.
I LOVE TALEEN!!! I think she's warm and natural and honest. I would love to have her as a friend. Brooks is the the bad turncoat friend, she has shown her true colors. Yes I could give her so.e leeway that she's hurt and jealous that Brooks friends has given Taleen a warm response. I think Brooks is not a happy grounded person. She has un-resolved issues in her life. Unfortunately she's sought comfort in a bottle. Even her own son wants to see his dad more cause she's all about her business. You can only run so far from inter issues. Man, she's setting herself as a bully. Who sage-est someone's new home? Who sits @ a table saying negative things??? To urself. I rest my case. I'm in love with Taleen.😂❤🤗💖🎶💞
Getting on a show with your friend of "10 years" and taking the first opportunity presented to throw them under the bus calling them a "pot stirrer" and not stop there; Go on to call them "husbandless" in a precarious situation and an "alcoholic" on "camera" all while social climbing using them as "the ladder" are not exactly the descriptions I will affiliate with _"warm, natural, and honest"_ ....

Am enjoying her so far and shes a newbie ppl always hate on them but i like to give them a chance so far shes been telling the truth ❤

This is what seems to be Taleen's problem ... She doesn't realize that the reality TV audience are NOT not smart and can fish out inauthenticity very easily and why in this age/time it's better just coming in as your AUTHENTIC self.
She claims she was being a "pawn".... but if me and a lot others as "viewers" of a show who are seeing it from a "screen" can say with "confidence" that Brooks was being "herself" _[at least from what we see on the show]_ in her "approach" with Taleen _[the same "approach" she uses with literally EVERYONE on the cast]_ .... you only wonder why she wouldn't "also" know this same "trait" about "brooks".... her "friend of 10 years" and who she is "filming" with.
She only tells on herself even more when she says _"She thought she had a game plan bringing me on and she thought I was just going to blindly back her"_ like it's a "bad thing" that brooks would think that considering their relationship?
And the 2 am phone calls she refers to [again throwing Brooks under the bus] from "her friend" "after scenes" makes "Brooks" a villain how ? ......
Then goes on to say "but as a REAL [keyword] friend" ..... _"you gotta be honest with your friends"_ but SHE wasn't being honest "HERSELF" with Brooks cuz at "that dinner" she refers to as _"world war III"_
"SHE"..... kept trying "real hard" to throw brooks "under the bus" _[just as she is doing now in this interview]_ "on camera" as a "pot-stirrer" based on "private conversations" they had "as friends" even "before filming" and this was to take up for someone she "just met" who was in fact...... throwing HER "under the bus" and Brooks was not only "being messy" but "being a friend" to her in the best way she knows.
So it only makes you wonder why "Brooks"......"her friend of 10 years" who is on a show she "just joined" ends up as the "the villain" for bringing that information to her... only tells you she was doing it to "appease" "Stanbury"..... the one she "admonishes" in the group [and lets face it ...a HUGE part of why she is on the show]
And as she "once more" tries to _"throw her friend under the bus"_ by calling out her _"aloofness"_ at Caroline's brunch; I only hope she "watches" the "reruns" of that episode "closely" ....
I'm Team Taleen.
Brooks tried to puppet you and decide who you would be friends with by stirring up trivial drama with Stanbury (which is super weird because she was "friends" with her last season). Unfortunately for Brooks you have your own brain and were able to realize she oversold Stanburys comment and move forward with her. That made Brooks mad that you saw her manipulation and called it out. Instead of apologizing being honest and moving forward, she used Sara to back her bad behavior. More was revealed when she flipped the script from "defending" you to labeling you a "beggar". That revealed that she thought you owed her blind allegiance because she was your segway into the show. Brooks is not a real friend. She's appears to want to lord over her "friends".
But you don't think Stanbury tried to "puppet" Taleen by "downplaying" her original digs on her? Nor do you think Stanbury's apple-polishing in contrast with brooks' defying by "Taleen" is "super weird"? Unfortunately for Taleen "the following phrase" may not necessarily apply here if BROOKS of all people was who she "perceived" as "overselling" a comment that WAS still MADE at the end of the day.
The only "manipulation" going on here is Brooks' becoming the villain for even deciding to spill it at all.
You don't think Taleen was "flipping the script" by amplifying Brooks using sara to "back her bad behavior" when she overtly said to Taleen, she wasn't referring to her at the table? Or cutting Brooks off during her speech at the table and asking if she was "speaking to the air" in her husband's presence meanwhile raising the subject of being called a beggar when she had promised Stanbury she wouldn't at her house?
And why wouldn't Brooks her friend of 10 years who did her a favor by bringing her on the show not expect some degree of loyalty that you mislabel as a "blind allegiance"? I highly doubt the one that's "not a real friend" here is Brooks and I think we both know the one that last description fits better is the one who called the other a pot stirrer, husbandless, and an alcoholic once they both got under a microscope to millions of viewers.
