    Hi Lou
Do you have any more cooking videos. I’ve just started my first loaf of your artisan bread & cant wait till tomorrow when it’s done.. I just covered it with glad wrap at 3.45 pm, should I cook it at 12 lunch time tomorrow? Thankyou 🥖🍞 🥖 🍞🥖 💕

Oh you’re going to love it! Yes I would turn it out of the bowl at around 10am, turn oven (with pot in it) on at 11.30am and gently drop your bundle of joy in at midday. But if u want to eat it at lunch time I’d bring all of that 1 hour forward as you really need to give it a good hour to cool before cutting. It’s hard to wait! Enjoy your first loaf and good luck!!

Thanks for the positive feedback Georgina. Keep on baking! I still make this bread ALL the time too. I need to fire up the camera and film some new recipes I think.... x

Hi, yes it is super easy (just need to work out your timing). No warm water required, just cool tap water. Happy baking (and eating!).
