Donzinger was railroaded. Private prosecutors working for president prosecuted the case when gov prosecutors refused to take the case since it had no merits. How could anyone call Donzinger a criminal? This is insane.
Sorry Steven, this is clearly not a rule of law country and no such country exists. The rich have always made a huge distortion on what one would think the law is. Your case has unique aspects that you mention (private judges, etc.), but is not unique in showing money easily bends the law. Want another example? How is it legally possible we can give away weapons to a government credibly accused of genocide? We have laws on that too.
I'm definitely no democrat but if this is even partially true, this guy was probably wronged in ways I can't even imagine. Could be worse pardons I suppose.
Steve says why. He would not, in violation of his duty, turn over confidential materials and was held in criminal contempt. The bigger issue is the context, which was also discussed. A private (not governmental) criminal prosecution
I was thinking about robbing a bank next week, but im hoping Dementia Joe will give me a preemptive pardon so i dont go to jail if they catch me. I ask Liz Chaney to help, but i was worried she might rat me out.
He deserves a pardon, an apology, and a correction of the legal system.
And I say this as someone whose entire household income is based on an o&g midstream company.
This would be an absolute worthy pardon. Steve's case is one of absolute corrupt prosecution and aggressive targeting

Fucing insane!
This is a pardon I would completely agree with. I remember the story coming out heavily in 2019. Heck if Biden doesn't, please hope Trump does.
Welp, like all things Biden... it's gonna be how much cash can Donziger "donate"
What a bizarre story. The most bizarre thing being that I haven’t heard about this before.
How can Chevron take away his passport and continue to hold it. Are they the government now

Chevron will let Burisma know that his pardon is a not in their interest. End of story.
I'm surprised that he's still under arrest. This is an old story
FJB
Thank you for covering this story. Steven deserves a pardon!
Dam there is someone looking up who is the chevron ceo is lol
Back to watching only the first few minutes, i can not listen to amesha
Donzinger!

He wont get one.
😂😂😂jokebiden
Context about why he was found guilty would help evaluate his appeal. Kind of lacking here.

Ok i admit he should be pardoned but all his keyword lefty talking points makes me want him jailed again 🙄
Yes pardon all the criminals
Are you implying that Donziger is an actual criminal?
No, but so far yes
You guys are really beating that "pardon me" pun to death huh
