Mason is a beast. Calm down with that sideline toe tap catch he dropped the ball. What did impress me was the catch in the flat and the cuts he did in small space to get the extra yards. Guy is special
Concerned about the depth offensively. Cowing, Guerendo, and Puni are bright spots. But not concerned. Even the pick was a deflection. Dobbs is definitely QB 2
You can’t go 2 tight ends, Larry. That’s not remotely realistic. 1 injury and you can’t run any 2 tight end sets? Yeah, that is absolutely NOT happening. There is ZERO chance Kyle limits hamstrings himself in that way by only keeping 2 tight ends. Saubert is 100% on the team. And the 3rd one is probably Willis, and they’ll stash another one on the p squad.
Coach finally putting kreug in his place telling him not having BA is not an excuse. He states guys opinion with nothing to back it up. What teams have been crippled by losing a 10-25 type WR??? I can’t think of many.
Raw player on a bad team. If we were gonna go receiver in the first the clear choice Adonai Mitchell, who’s absolutely balling out in Colts camp and flashing big time in the preseason games, as I was confident he would. Meanwhile, I think Ricky just got hurt again getting out of bed. His contributions? 0 targets. O receptions. 0 snaps. So far he’s been elite…at keeping the training room staff busy.
Mordicai reminds me a little of a young Favre, but doesn’t throw wild interceptions. Mordecai will soon leap over Dobbs for #2, as he has much more gunslinging and running talent and without interceptions over Dobbs.
Did this dude say Houston is building a dynasty after 1 playoff win lol. Larry buddy you make yourself sound dumb a lot and I like most of your content. I know it’s tough when you have to talk all the time for a living. People said the chiefs couldn’t win without Tyreek, last I looked BA isn’t close to Tyreek. WR production is among the most replaceable thing in football. And you know this.
I like Schrader too. Size and speed are real marginal in terms of NFL athletes but he’s a natural runner, he’s tough and an incredible worker. I do think they’ll risk putting him on waivers just because of the numbers game but I hope they can get him on the p squad I also really hope we can get Breida on the p squad. Not a lot of opportunities but he still looks like Matt Breida minus a half a step and he knows the offense in a way most down roster running backs don’t. If we get hit by the injury bug he’s someone who can come and do his job at an adequate level. He’s not gonna lose the game for you.
Put Mitchell and Juszczyk on the practice squad. If someone grabs them, it'll clear money. If not, they could be STRONG coaching types for the up and comers. Mitchell & Juszczyk strongest contributions are on the practice squad atp. Plus, don't practice squad players also get rings? Personally, as a fan, it just feels better to know those guys are still on the team and contribute in an efficient and effective manner. It's time to be creative here. Nobody's going pluck Juszczyk for $4 Mil a yr.
Pretty concerning that Kyle and company decided to essentially disregard the medical staff's opinion on Pearsall's shoulder...i don't see how the medical staff would not have red flagged Pearsall. Unless that staff is utterly incompetent, they would have advised that it's an injury that gets worse with time and wear and tear. You're playing the most brutal full contact sport at the highest level. That's an obvious red flag. I've known a lot of college rugby players with similar repeat "sub-lux-ation" (not "sub-laketion" Larry) issues with their shoulder. Even with surgery, it's hard to 'restabilize' that shoulder capsule once it loosens up and becomes a recurring injury. Unless there is a newer procedure that has revolutionized securing the shoulder capsule again, I don't get throwing a valuable first round pick at a guy with a history of this injury.
Larry, I appreciate you but you were clearly wrong on Dobbs and I think you’re holding on to your take stubbornly here in the face of the ample evidence in the games that the guy is a gamer. Brock called him a “baller” for reason. Game recognizes game. Dobbs outplayed Allen in the games. Clearly. It definitely wasn’t perfect. He’ll spray the ball a little more than is ideal, which is why he’s a backup and not a starter. But the guy brings a playmaking element that Allen really has no capability of matching. We saw who moved the ball last night and who has moved the ball in all 3 games and who led us on touchdown drives all 3 games. There was a different level of energy in the offense every time Dobbs stepped on the field. And you felt it very clearly. And THAT is exactly what you want in a backup. The guys really respond to Dobbs and his playmaking ability. Allen did some nice things. He looks comfortable in the offense. Indeed, more comfortable than Dobbs at the moment. Which is to be expected given that it’s his second year in the system vs Dobbs having just got here. But Allen is the #3. There’s no element of Allen’s game that scares opponents. None. Dobbs gives you all the second reaction, out of structure plays, as well as a legit ability to run the football that defenses have to respect. And the more Dobbs played, the more comfortable he looked in the offense. The trajectory of improvement is there, along with the much higher ceiling.
Larry you have alot of knowledge and I respect your takes. But the "victory" lap on Pearsall is out of bounds. You were salivating over the Purdy to Pearsall connection all through OTAs....now all of a sudden you knew he was going to be injury prone. Stop flip flopping on your takes. Also, the shoulder injury from college was his Junior year and he played without reinjury to it his entire Senior year. He didn't enter the draft with this concern of reinjury to the shoulder. Acting like you knew this was going to happen all along is disingenuous.
Between Allen and Dobbs, I lean Heavily towards Dobbs. Allen hasn't even barely played and what I see in the preseason from him is boring. Dobbs is exciting to watch and even if we lose, I know he'll give you some exciting plays.
No excuse to not give Mason more touches. They had chances last year. No reason CMC should be on the field when we have a 20 point lead in the 4th quarter. Now Mason can be on the field at any time during a game. Use him!
I thought you knew stuff Larry but using Guerrero or JJ as a TE? You’ve said said dumb stuff but I question if you watch football at times. If you carry two qb that make sense but Comon two TE in this offense after resigning Thomas?
Can we turn down monetization on TH-cam a hair? Jesus do u guys watch these streams its literally every minute an annoying ad, i mean i understand we all have to make a living but arent you getting paid from the sponsers you always rep too
Begin 53 man roster light on WR. Keep all corners except chase Lucas, and 3 safeties. Keep 3 QBs. Add an extra safety w/ Hufanga when ready off PUP. Mahoney & Walker should clear waivers. Hubbard should clear waivers. Add after cutdown. Trade out banks/ Yiadom to ir after cutdown. Go heavy on OL, CB and LB. Start Aiyuk on ir and Pearsall on PUP/ NFI…. Williams on DNR at cut down and add after season begins because he needs ramp up time. 3 QB, 3 TE, 4 RB, 1 FB, 4 WR, 10 OL, 8 DL, 7 LB, 7CB, 3 S…
Good grief! A city starved to have any legitimate competitive football team in 20+ years now are getting delusional after winning one post-season game. Good grief, delusional Houston fans!
Trey is locked in with Dallas Jones is retaking over the contract stuff he wants to develop him more last check Dax hasn’t agreed yet well his fans say he wants to move on next season and c.lamb?? Hasn’t said yes yet
Love krueg and the knowledge, but "Houston is building a dynasty "?! Wtf 😂 not only is that preposterous, but not sure why that was spewed out during the tired aiyuk subject
Niners did the ultimate and made the whole off season about them with aiyuk ordeal just to stick it to the chiefs only Nick Wright talked about them everyone else talked Niners and they knew all along Brandon wasn't going anywhere
Jalen Graham has intriguing talent but he’s a p squader at this point, Larry. Dee Winters is waaaay ahead of Graham. Both guys can be little slow with play recognition but Winters is clearly further along in that department than Graham. Curtis Robinson better make this team. He’s earned it. Bethune is a good, instinctual ‘backer but he’s strictly a box guy. Looks really good coming downhill but a liability in coverage.
I think there’s a real chance Elijah gets cut or traded. I hope that’s not the case because when he is in there he’s a good player. But I would understand it because the availability just hasn’t been there.
Mason is a beast. Calm down with that sideline toe tap catch he dropped the ball. What did impress me was the catch in the flat and the cuts he did in small space to get the extra yards. Guy is special
Mason should have had 5-10 carries in the ! 😢superbowl! Would have captured our 6th
The 49ers are not releasing Dobbs.
Dobbs will extend plays and help defense prepare for running QBs.
Dobbs is better than Allen. I’d cut Allen. keep Dobbs & Mordecai.
Can larry ever let a guest just answer a question without giving his own opinion for 10 minutes first?
Larry? 2 TEs? Did you fall and hit your head this morning? Kittle will likely not play all 17 games.
Yeah the last 2 seasons they have kept up to 4 tight ends
Dude, the commercials on this channel are out of control, I don’t see this many with other Niners creators. Every 3-5 min. It’s crazy
I don't get any commercials😉
Trade Mitchell for a TE or DE. Send picks with Mitchell if you need to if you can really upgrade at TE or DE
Keep Mordicai! I see him as our #2 QB in short time, leapfrogging Dobbs.
Coach finally putting kreug in his place telling him not having BA is not an excuse. He states guys opinion with nothing to back it up. What teams have been crippled by losing a 10-25 type WR??? I can’t think of many.
Will "coach" discuss lance throwing 5 picks vs. burger flippers? TRASH
dobbs is so much better than allen…
Larry obsessed with a 32 yo backup that doesn’t know what to do when his first read is not there lmao if he not there then it’s a sack
dobbs for some pop 2 his game
A 3-11 W-L record. That hurts him.
Xavier Legette preseason contribution : 1 target, 0 reception.
Raw player on a bad team.
If we were gonna go receiver in the first the clear choice Adonai Mitchell, who’s absolutely balling out in Colts camp and flashing big time in the preseason games, as I was confident he would.

@@joeynickles7962 I heard some teams red flagged Mitchell because he has type 1 diabetes
Pearsall is producing the same…I’d take Leggette if I had a do over
Aiyuk-yuk-yuk-yuk out. Ja'Marr Chase in. OH PLEASE GOD!!
Mordicai reminds me a little of a young Favre, but doesn’t throw wild interceptions. Mordecai will soon leap over Dobbs for #2, as he has much more gunslinging and running talent and without interceptions over Dobbs.
Why was punter Harvin released? He ONLY averaged 45 yds/punt in 3 games! Maybe I forgot who our #1 punter is. Harvin has a future.
Did this dude say Houston is building a dynasty after 1 playoff win lol. Larry buddy you make yourself sound dumb a lot and I like most of your content. I suggest we trade Elijah Mitchell for possibly a second tier DE.
I like Schrader too. Size and speed are real marginal in terms of NFL athletes but he’s a natural runner, he’s tough and an incredible worker.

Yeah, practice squad for Schrader.

This may be the most uniformed take I have ever seen… cut Juice… he is so crucial to what we do… mind blowing 🤯
Bethune led the team in tackles in preseason. He has done everything you want a late round pick to do
Pretty concerning that Kyle and company decided to essentially disregard the medical staff's opinion on Pearsall's shoulder...i don't see how the medical staff would not have red flagged Pearsall. He knows a lot more then his listeners ;after all he was a Scout in the CFL 😂 Kidding of Course and I'm with you 100%
But you cannot deny Dobbs’ overall record of 3-11 as a starter. That hurts his image.
Larry you have alot of knowledge and I respect your takes.

Stop interrupting the Coach!!
Keep the corners and play them all against KC on third and long
Hahahahahaha! Should have told Shanahan that at half-time in both SB Losses and during the Rams-49ers NFC Championship game!
Kingston getting claimed if cut.
1:18:00 aiyuk is a 2nd team all pro not a all pro.
Man how are you insulting Shanahan’s play calling lol.

1:01:01 it was actually a interception just in case both of u didnt know.
I agree with coach on BA
Brandon wants all the years guaranteed that is the hold up Ricky was the leverage but he is out a broken toy lol
Huge difference between dobbs and Allen in athletic ability
Matt maiocco is gold

"The Puni-sher"

hey everyone happy Saturday
So is Cohn and Hensley going to rip Larry for using this title too? LoL”
Jalen Graham miss tackles, because he rarely form tackles, and wraps up.
Punk was a 3rd round pick, how is he a surprise to get a roster spot? Like he was gonna get cut ?
Zakel gets beat constantly Larry!
Cowing is good we have never seen Pearsall in a 49ers game how can you compare the two Larry & Coach
Begin 53 man roster light on WR. Keep all corners except chase Lucas, and 3 safeties. Keep 3 QBs. Add an extra safety w/ Hufanga when ready off PUP. Mahoney & Walker should clear waivers. Cuz he hasn’t practiced, won’t be ready week 1, could get injured right away. He needs a ramp up period. Plus opens a roster spot.
Larry loves drama 🤣🤣 just like a girl
Houston building a dynasty 😀

Can’t lie, I get a chubby for power running.
You can eek a win out with Dobbs. Allen might be able to hold an already established lead. MIGHT.
Trey is locked in with Dallas Jones is retaking over the contract stuff he wants to develop him more last check Dax hasn’t agreed yet well his fans say he wants to move on next season and c.lamb?? Hasn’t said yes yet
Another 1st round bust, wasted pick?
Question…..who’s getting more reps..Pearsall, or the training and medical staff that’s working on him?
Schraeder is awesome… for UFL. Clearly worse than Guerendo in every meaningful aspect.
As unsatisfactory as Chase Young was, he came on in the SB. Should have resigned him.
You are so wrong about Schrader! What’s new
Nobody’s claiming nugent and Zakelj is a center we should cut our current center his knees are cooked.
Jalen Moore Is terrible!! Kingston has only given up one pressure in three games! Gave up no sack last year at USC at tackle! Get it right
Ricky Pearsall As a slight shoulder separation. Let the guy heal!
Love krueg and the knowledge, but "Houston is building a dynasty "?! Wtf 😂 not only is that preposterous, but not sure why that was spewed out during the tired aiyuk subject

They need three QBs.
Thank you Larry and Coach. The O-D lines are weak. Go 49ers 💪
The o line was bad why was there so many free rushers. And our WR can get separation many times Purdy had to go to 2nd option or check down
Jalen Graham has intriguing talent but he’s a p squader at this point, Larry. Dee Winters is waaaay ahead of Graham. Both guys can be little slow with play recognition but Winters is clearly further along in that department than Graham.

Lol so glad Krueger isn't the gm. You have the absolute worst takes man
I didn't see nothing special of Guerendo, the O line looks terrible, the middle of the D line looks weak.
looked legit on the kick return, oline being terrible doesn’t really help his run game
I’m with you man if anything I saw a weak runner opposite of JP. A guy that runs 4.3, a real 4.3 like mostert would blow by everyone.
He runs clumsy
@@jobturkey7418 He doesn’t have Mason’s vision. That much is clear.
Slick Rick and those around him hid the shoulder injury, his guaranteed rookie contract will be all he gets.

Stop calling players bad picks before they take the field especially due to injury
