@@amirreza1880 I am from Nepal. I also had PNH 3 years ago. The doctor told me that I should undergo a bone marrow transplant. And when I saw another hematologist doctor, he said that the success rate of BMT for this disease is not good even in India. I am in doubt as to what to do, as per the advice of my relatives I am now coming for treatment at AIMS in Delhi, now what will the doctor say after all the reports.
I wish everyone who needs bmt have siblings... becox I know the pain of lossing one due to not found of matching donor😭

PLEASE READ REPLIES BELOW FOR WHOLE STORY
This letter is written to make a complaint agaist the hospital for lack of
proper patient care . My son Mr Arjun Timilsina(IP NO 26244) was
diagnosed with Extramedullary relapse of Acute myeloid leukemia(ON
2021/07/26) following bone marrow transplantation which was done
on 2020/11/06 (under the charge of Dr Dharma Chaudhary in BLK
hospital ) .He was admitted for chemotherapy sessions which went
uneventful. (PLEASE READ THE REPLIES BELOW TO READ THE WHOLE STORY)
Unfortunately few days following chemotherapy he developed high
grade fever and low blood pressure . He was under a lot of pain and we had made multiple requests to on duty nurses to inform the doctor about the patients condition and proper communication of patient`s status to us by the doctor, but despite making multiple requests the doctor in charge of patient`s treatment (Dr Dharma Chaudhary and his team) neither showed up to see the patient nor we were counselled
properly. We also felt that patients monitoring was also not done properly by the doctor`s and nurses team.
Few hours later we were
told that patients condition is deteriorating and he was then shifted to icu. Same thing got repeated in icu where we were kept isolated form whats going on with the patient and multiple requests to meet the doctor by the patient himself was not addressed. His multiple requests were denied just by telling that the doctor was busy and he could not come to visit him every time he called him.
At the end doctors came up with the news that he went into cardiac
arrest and they were not able to save him. Death certificate mentioned cause of death as acute myeloid leukemia with sepsis with septic shock but I believe that there were multiple elements of poor patient care that lead to death of my son which included delay in getting proper treatment at proper time , lack of vigilant montoring of patient , lack of proper communation with the family about the choices of patient care and condition of patient , inability of doctor to give proper amount of time to a critically ill patient.
I hope the hospital administration will look into this topic and take proper action about this issue so similar problems are not faced by the patient and his family members in coming future.

Na inka Insurance sahi, na Bond sahi, aur Hospital aisa ki Pateint se milne bhi nahi fiya BMT mein hi rakha aur maar diya..😢
