David is my Wife’s Uncle by marriage.
He married her fathers sister.
Her family is very successful and I’ve always felt judged by them.
From Day 1 David has treated me with Love and Respect.
He is one of the most Humble , Kind , Intelligent human beings I have ever met!
He did not come from money . He worked hard and perfected his craft and continues to give back to artist till this day.
Even while dealing with health issues he is a giving, selfless , hardworking legend!

I mean, legendary part of Richie Aprille, and secondly he was a good enough teacher to be asked/hired by the director to coach Eddie Murphy for his first lead role. Given what an amazing movie career Eddie Murphy has gone on to have. I think David has the right to be proud of the small contribution he made to it.

I love David Proval but I don’t appreciate him fronting on Eddie’s background...Eddie is from Brooklyn just like you. He’s originally from Bushwick. He moved to Long Island later in his childhood. And dead ass...I wish you would have told his brother Charlie (R.I.P.) that you were “blacker” than him because he lived in Roosevelt. See how that would have worked out.
I do agree that some of Eddie’s best acting work is in “48 Hrs.” though, so we can thank Proval for that. But other comments here don’t sit right.

He is one of the most Amazing , Kind , Humble human beings I have had the please of knowing !
I married into his family and he is one of the people that has treated me with Love , Respect and Kindness from day 1 .
I didn’t know how Amazing he was
After I really dug into his career I looked at him in a different light.
He is a real Legend and his work will forever be some of the best!
