This has been a huge thing for me as well. Glad to hear him talk about it. Yes, of course, getting tested to make sure there isn't anything serious going on is really important. But so many of our symptoms and diseases have a basis in stress. Prayer and meditation (in many forms) is so beneficial. I have been a meditation teacher for many years and do remote/distant healing sessions for people, but I have learned the most from working on myself and seeing the root of my physical manifestations of pain and the underlying patterns of limiting thoughts and beliefs and stored traumas and resentments. Kudos to him for sharing his experience! ❤🙌🙏
