I may be wrong but from what I understand AWS has 33% of the worldwide cloud market, way less than 50% of "the internet" and while being the main player in the space, they have big competitors behind them in the form of Azure and Google. Also, having your data in the cloud is WAY safer than storing locally and there is no sign that Amazon would wrongfully use the data on your ec2 as it's not in their interest to do so. Not defending Bezos, but this video sounded more like an opinion than a fact.

The different figures are different because you can use different metrics to calculate the share. He’s probably referring to the amount of data, as AWS often is the partner of big companies, while google also provides cloud services to the end costumer. So you can measure it by revenue or data stored.

Also the distribute the websites like HTML, CSS and stuff like that from AWS. But the movies itself are often stored more locally closer to the consumers. To do so they place servers on internet providers with their "Open Connect"-program. So if you watch the crown in HD, AWS is just doing a small part of it. The video data most likely will not come from AWS.
Amazon is very cautious about secret data. They get zero revenue out of selling data, which is impressive considering that this the whole business model of Google. At the end everyone should have the chance to decide who to trust.

AZURE is catching up to AWS and quick with lower prices better support Microsoft as well as IBM tech support teams, Underwater servers means cheaper and cooler server farms and no need to lease/rent or buy land to house the farms (In many but not all cases!)
