  • Tazro Ohta at the Database Center for Life Science in Shizuoka Japan talks about his new paper in GigaScience addressing the challenges of sharing computational workflows. Yevis is a new system to build a workflow registry that automatically validates and tests published workflows. Making it a particularly useful tool for those that want to share workflows but lack the specific technical expertise to build and maintain a workflow registry from scratch.
