      One of the biggest athletic shames of all time was Shaquille intentionally fattening his diet after the 2000 Playoffs due to being unsatisfied with how Arvydas Sabonis was able to push him around. Shaquille destroyed his own feet.

    • @TRJ2241987
      @TRJ2241987 6 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      And I agree that fans of today have little knowledge or memory of where Shaquille O'Neal's game truly was at by the Spring of 2000. That to me is Shaquille's true peak, basically Y2K leading up to the first Lakers championship. Before his injuries he was starting to develop a post game with proper running hook shots extended past the free throw line. By 2002 he was mostly back into the flick shots and had gotten extremely heavy but he was too arrogant to see his game was already diminishing even by then.

    Rondo gets horribly underrated. He's barely even considered when talking about the Celtics finals games. Dudes got IQ off the charts and basketball vision rarely seen on the court. Don't forget that elite behind the back pass fake. He's the perfect pg in my opinion. Love pass first guys just give him options and you got a win.
    Also if you coach or still play listen to him at press conferences - guarantee he'll teach you something with his 'the ball is pure energy' philosophy.

    • @kookybuger
      @kookybuger 6 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      @Cutie Creampie The NBA is still competitive did you not watch the series where they almost lost to the Rockets? A healthy Warriors team almost lost to the Rockets without CP3 and they were up big at one point before they started missing all those 3's, they shot themselves in the foot and missed out on possibly winning a championship.
      The Heat broke the NBA in the past this series was probably from 2011 where no team outside of the Celtics where a serious threat to the Heat. The Lakers were trying to 4 peat but lost to the Mavs where Dirk played his heart out with no other all star to help him.
      Durant going to the Warriors was the best move for him because he would have never won in OKC since Westbrook is to much of a ball hog and selfish player to really win a championship with. The Thunder was partially built for Westbrook, partially built for KD. The Warriors wasnt meant to be built for KD but it fits him and his playstyle well which is why he won finals mvp two years in a row because he is there number option. KD is 1a and Curry is 1b they both make the game easier for each other and the rest of the team to succeed.

    Lesson no.1 - when falling on one side never fall on your palm.
    Lesson no. 2 - use the outer side of the elbow and then roll if possible to minimize the impact. (For e.g. see how a goalkeeper or a wicketkeeper dives)
    Lesson no. 3 - If can't do lesson no. 2, try falling on your arm (tricep area) and try not to hurt your elbow joint or shoulder joint.
    Lesson no. 4 - Keep Hustling, Always
    Lesson no. 5 - Rondo - A True Point

    This was the selfless Rondo, when he still adores his fellow teammates, when he was the missing key for the big 3. This was his floor general prime. Now he is a scoring point guard but that means he is better now than his prime. I still love the Celtics. Still an a Celtic fan. I hope their jerseys will one day be retired but I really don't think so
