So, ebike ranges are generally calculated on pedal assist level 1 at 15 mph on flat, paved terrain in an ideal temperature day with a ~150 lb rider with minimal stops and starts. For practical purposes, you should halve the range estimate (assuming you live in a city where there are lights, might carry some cargo, have hills, want to ride in PAS 3-5, want to ride at ~20+ mph if that's an option where to live, etc.) to see if that fits your needs. So 60-80 mi on a 100 mi estimate is pretty good and well within what's actually expected if you're pedalling.

If you're on an e-bike or a bicycle, does it assign you only shorter deliveries compared to those with motorcycles? (I'm not from London, in my country they do deliveries only using motorcycles)
You'd probably have to ask the algorithm engineers to be sure because I've seen some other channels where people have been annoyed at how long some distances have been, but generally, yeah, they probably assign an approximate speed for ebikes that's different than motorcycles/scooters and try to keep that within the acceptable time after pickup so that creates a sort of maximum range it can be.

And I can vouch for Burger King being crap with packing, they don't even seal the bag properly, they just stick the handles together and leave a gaping hole in the middle!? I would be very careful with comments that can be seen as derogatory against the customers, you can very quickly find yourself without your gig. I can personally say that I would not have been very happy to see the delivery man commenting on my wine purchase. Remember that internet is forever, and we are living in the time of cancelations, don't get cancelled.

I’ve charged mine 3 times since I got it and only gave me 80m one the first and 60 on the other 2
