In Our building, each floor has 4 flats. Our society committee has passed the resolution that' shoe rack of our neighbour be kept in front of Our door, adjoining to wall in common rectangular passage on each floor. This rule is applicable for all floors. We are not happy with this resolution as neighbours footwears are lying in front of Our door. Other two' flats in front of us do not have this issue. Can we go to any government authority against this rule as society committee is not ready to amend this rule ? Can you please guide.
Hamari society ki audit report mei ex secretary se dues recovery karne ko likha hai. Hamne deputy registrar office mei case file kiya hai. Par deputy registrar 3 saal se kiyi judgment nahi de rahi hai. Koyi hearing nahi kar rahe hain. To kya karein.
Our chs is registered siciety since 2007, I wrote 4 letters enquiry about information related to society, and few documents since last 15 month but all in vain. I have not received any reply from office bearer, what should I do? Plz guide in this regard. Is office bearer responsible is punishable for non reply of letters

Some little difference will be there. But you may raise complaints to the Registrar and higher authorities in your City after taking guidance from a lawyer or visiting the registrar office.

Main west Bengal me posted hu.. Maine waha ek flat kharida.. Aur uss flat ko rent par dena chahti hu but society ke members including secretary har bar koi na koi bahana bana k mujhe rent pe nhi dene dete..
1.kahte hain non bengali not allowed.
2. Kavi kahte hain singles not allowed
3. Kavi kahte hain bachelor not allowed.
4. Kavi kahte h working women's are not allowed.

Rajkot me sabse purani housing society hai bhaktinahar society is society me swaminarayan valo ne resident kisi manjuri lekar mandir khada kar dia hai to hum kya kar sakte hai
AGM k permission se kiya hai to accept karna padega. Lekin wo Mandir without AGM permission hai to aap complaint kar sakte hai. Rajkot k niyam ek baar check kar lijiye, kyoki ye videos Maharashtra k Bye Laws k basis pan banaye hai.

Our society secretary brot two dog and not taking responsibility of them, it had bit also a14y boy, after compleing they are ignoring and some other members supposed to them to keep dog and they providing food the dog in the camps as well in the starecas also there is no mentenance, at all and the dog are eating chapals also, suffering from so much trouble, please give solution, and we tried to corporation for the dog s but no use, secretary is taking arrogantly. And taking disisgenc without considering other society members.
Society members can keep pets no issue but they should take responsibility for their pets. You may raise this point in the upcoming AGM and ask for a proper and impartial decision.
