Lots of very tasty looking food at that buffet. A hot pot is perfect for the cold winter months. Thanks for sharing this. I wish you all the best in 2023. Cheers, Tim and God Bless! 👍👍✌️🇨🇦
That was wonderful to watch! I so want to try a hot pot or the other where it is a grill! Having the hot pot as a buffet seems like the best way to try that! Thank you for sharing!
Ooh, this is right up my alley! And unlike many of your destinations, I actually get to Queens a couple times a year! This is going to the top of my list for next time. Keep on "shoveling the snow"! Love your presentation as always! Thank you!( My dessert plate will be more sushi!)
I really enjoy your videos! Being an electrical engineer, I understand those work schedules. It's great that you can relax and enjoy great food with good friends.
Your Hair looks better and that looks like a very tasty buffet and my first experience with a traditional hot pot. Enjoy your stay in the big city and I look forward to more videos from New York. Cheers Tim
Thanks for the review Tim! We stopped going there because they had stopped many of the buffet items but it looks like a lot of it is back! Will have to go back now.
Nice to see you here in NYC along with your gracious guest. The food looked warm and comforting, and hope you enjoyed your time in NYC. We'll soon be coming into spring here, and that's a beautiful time to visit and sightsee, Tim.
I used to live 5 minutes from this place and went to it once before it converted to a shabu shabu place. Now I have to drive 20 minutes to go there. Thanks for the random review of this place
Great video Tim 😄don't tell me you went to HYUN 😮 $38 is not bad at all for ayce hot pot, sushi and all those delicious hot items 👍those clams are humongous !
Ha! As soon as I saw you walking in Queens, I knew where you were going! You're literally 2 minutes from my house, and in the neighborhood I grew up in! So this used to be the location of the Seville Diner, a classic NYC diner. But, Mizumi is great. A lot of fun with a group of friends! There's also a really good Korean BBQ joint a few blocks up on Northern. Cheers!
Though we have great fun, watching you in these scrumptious food adventures makes us often rethink us doing our crazy shorts. Love that you saved the cocktail fruit to the end :) Sending Best Wishes and Blessings, James and Kim ❤️ 🙏
Just went there last night, must show up early because the line get pretty crazy quick, the foods was great, the selections were surprisingly high end, it goes from soft shell crabs to Chilean sea bass, there were 20 different sauces for the hot pot. I only have maybe 30% of their selections, need to go back 2 or maybe 3 more times to try them all.
Oh gosh never tried that before….. I only had once went to Melt Pot was very cool place to go there have a lot of options you want and also had seafoods too even desserts at Melt Pot …… but that place wow a lot of the food! Thank you. Tim
you always mention work but i have not figured out what you do. have you mentioned it before? can you do a video about it? love the food, keep up the great work!
Hi tim those jalapeno poppers really gave you a pop huh😀😀 cool buffet cool price seems like you were enjoying the buffet to bad you guys didn't get there earlier that's when the buffets are always full more the most part. Still great content safe travels tim
Hi Tim I always like to see your videos you look good as usual but I have one thing to say it is just my opinion I when it come down to Raw protein I think it need to cook a little longer
Always well done, so happy to see you traveling and enjoying life. Not one Wow in the video. (Inside joke) Really enjoyed your Phillipean buffets also.
Hi Tim, enjoy your videos. I wish i had checked some of your videos before as i like to travel for food, particularly buffets. If you had a view only excel sheet of the places you visited along with your review/rating that would be so neat as i cant find google reviews to be a trustworthy source for good eats.
Hi Tim, my wife and I enjoy all your videos. I love Vancouver as well!! Can you tell me the brand name of your wool sweater? It is really nice. Happy New Year!
not sure if you tried The Mighty Crab in NYC. it's a very economical buffet and they have raw oysters btw you really know how to eat buffet. grab a little bit of everything to taste and skip the veggies haha
Is this place located in within NYC downtown or outskirts like have to drive an hour or so? It’s really value for the quantity available in this buffet, love to try when I visit NYC... hotpot plus all those seafood n wagyu is amazing value. All looks so delicious ❤😂
I live in Flushing & I ear at Mizumi at least once per month. I also eat at The Buffet, where you ate a number of months ago. While in Flushing, go eat at the numerous Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Malaysian & Taiwanese restaurants (all within walking distance).
There aren’t many buffets in Flushing or nearby, but he comes to Queens, and manage to find the couple of buffets that Queens has. There are many hot pot restaurants these days. Some hot pot restaurants charge for everything separately, and some are buffet style. Buffets and hot pot restaurants in NYC don’t have lobsters and crab legs like the ones in Las Vegas. They also don’t have prime rib so they just don’t have the big items!!!!!! You told him to go out to the Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese restaurants. Last Chinese New Year he ate a dinner with his Mom and Uncle and a friend eating New Year dishes including abalone. Flushing definitely have seafood restaurants that have big individual abalone. However, none of the Chinese TH-camrs have ever been willing to eat a big abalone when they come all the way to NYC!!!!! Realistically speaking these Chinese TH-camrs do have more Caucasians, Hispanics and other nationalities fans than Chinese fans. Abalone is a Chinese delicacy Not available in other nationalities restaurants. He ate a regular abalone entree in a Vancouver Chinese restaurant last year.
