I can't wait to get my first can-am once I save some money up for a down payment. Your videos really helped me on the decision. I'm gonna get an 800xmr outlander and believe I will be very pleased with it. Thanks.
Thanks for the tips...another thing I've used for a good shine and defies dust is pledge dusting spray...dont put it on powder coat though cause its chemically zaps the shine. Learned the hard way--but great on plastics.
There's not one video that i don't watch of yours, I've subscribed you for quite a while and i love your videos and your "mind of mudding". I'm a big mudding person myself and considered a new quad...I'm interested in your big beast when you decide to sell it
Hey Osta, Been following you for a while now. Great videos man. I'm up late into the nite watching you all play when I should be sleeping! Anyway, when you upgrade your quads, do you sell them outright or trade them back in to Pines to go towards the next build?? Not a Can Am owner but would like to be. Just curious how you are able to upgrade so often. I would assume your quads cost as much as my truck!! Keep the videos coming.
I use TurtleWax ICE. Its for dashboards and leather/vinyl seats, it makes the plastics gleam. Also, call me nuts, but I love washing off my four wheeler after a good romp.
We clean hours the same way down here in Georgia in the states the only thing is we use WD-40 you can buy it roughly $6 a gallon and use a regular spray bottle it helps to disperse the water a lot better and it makes the cleaning with a pressure washer Breeze give it a try
Have you ever tried super blue tire shine dressing? Its 50 dollars for 1 gallon here in the states. All dealerships use it because its the best I guess.
Two things, one, what happened to your leg; two, have you ever tried bleche white? It's good for cleaning plastics without leaving it slick but removes the dirt. The silicone coat for keeping off the dirt is a good idea. Thanks for sharing.
you know an older guy named greg always bugging you to come to alberta. you should come. we have some pretty big water holes and mud holes you would like
Having trouble deciding what would be best for me an xxc or an xmr. Gonna be used in muskeg and serious mud was wondering which one people have had more luck with. I am tired of my Brute Force want a can am they are killing it in potential.
Nice I also always woundered how you go that thing so clean and what your going to sell the ostacruiser ? I would hate to see that thing go. But I'm also currose on how much your going to sell for
ostacruiser I have almost 400 on mine its a 2014 you must notbride many trails I would rather buy yours than someone that floods out the cvt or air box and says I dont ever have problems ha ha
hey um i have a 650 xmr outlander i have outlaws on her but i cant remember what size what kind of mod would be good for the motor that would be awesome if u helped me thanks
Gonna try that spray next time I clean my machine The bog here in Newfoundland is heavy muddy stuff. Did your logos on the Dominators fade at all? Can barely see it on mine now.
Yep I'm running the dobek ejk with their tune currently. Iv also had some bubbles in paint on my left exhaust. I may have to send it back to get re painted
If you think this sounds strange, then you should meet my friend. He sprays his with diesel. Shines like it just came off the showroom. If it wasn't so damn expensive I would too.
I never use pressure washer. It has too much power. It forces water into seals and the electrical unions. The seals aren't made to hold out stuff under that much force. I know pressure washers are nice, but be warned.
I have been washing my machines this way for over 8 years with no issues...just have to be smart about it. use a wider tip not a pencil beam and don't go too close especially on electrical connections/switches and motor/tranny/diffs.
I thnk owning a canam would be like owning a Lamborghini they would be cool to have but wouldn't drive it a lot and it's kinda like a rich person quad to say like hey! I own a can am I'm fine with my honda
Hey Osta any problems with washing under the seat with the pressure washer? I tried it once and my bike killed on me while I was washing it then it ended up being a fuel pump fuse that went out.
Love the old builds
Miss that one!!! What a beast
Had some time to watch some of your older videos today, glad I watched this one! Great cleaning tip will be doing this from now on.
Right on dude. Thanks
I can't wait to get my first can-am once I save some money up for a down payment. Your videos really helped me on the decision. I'm gonna get an 800xmr outlander and believe I will be very pleased with it. Thanks.
This was my favorite build u ever did.wish I had this quad
Thanks for the tips...another thing I've used for a good shine and defies dust is pledge dusting spray...dont put it on powder coat though cause its chemically zaps the shine. Learned the hard way--but great on plastics.
Mine looked the same after Pelican Lake on the weekend. Great tip i never seem to get it clean enough. Black shows everything.
Thanks for the cleaning tip, your beast idles lovely. Cheers
Wished I could get a can am out lander like yalls, good videos, huge fan of of them. Hope to see more soon!
Good to know, I'll try. Until now I've used silicone spray. Thank you for your video.
Nice job! That thing is a beast Osta! Hey, I wonder if I use that spray on myself if it would make me any younger?? hahahaha Have a good weekend.
Give'r a try lol
ostacruiser damn both guy im following lol :D Canada it small it seem
Yep me to I subbed both of them
We use sc1 to get the shine back. Its one of the best things you can use
There's not one video that i don't watch of yours, I've subscribed you for quite a while and i love your videos and your "mind of mudding". I'm a big mudding person myself and considered a new quad...I'm interested in your big beast when you decide to sell it
That was a great tip! I am going to pick up some tomorrow to see how it does for mine! Thanks!

That stuff works great! It doesn't bother the paint either. I've been using it for a while.
yea, I use tire foam too, it make it look new, it gives it a wax shine
I love your shifter too
Thanks for the tip and demo.
Good deal, I was just wanting to warn people. You can actually cut through seals, with too much pressure.
I use TurtleWax ICE. Its for dashboards and leather/vinyl seats, it makes the plastics gleam. Also, call me nuts, but I love washing off my four wheeler after a good romp.

you know what I should do? I think I should buy your bike! Never thought of that plastic/rubber cleaner! Great vid...as always!
Great video! And awesome ride! Good tips and tricks in this video.
Thank you, I'm gonna have to get myself one of those!
Very nice bike! I have a quick question, what is the name of the rear winch thing you have on your atv? And where would I be able to buy one?
Thanks for sharing,I'll definitely try this on mine.
I have a question/suggestion, have you tried rain-x on the whole quad?
Pledge is also really nice for polishing and cleaning
Have you ever tried super blue tire shine dressing? Its 50 dollars for 1 gallon here in the states. All dealerships use it because its the best I guess.
Bet that Skid Steer tears up the trails.lol Nice bike sir! I like Silverbacks on you rig but would love to see Black Mambas on it!
Ever try sc1?...I swear by that stuff for cleaning up my machine.
My mechanic left mine out in the sun for almost 2 weeks!! The black outty turned white. Had to get them painted ughh
Two things, one, what happened to your leg; two, have you ever tried bleche white? It's good for cleaning plastics without leaving it slick but removes the dirt. The silicone coat for keeping off the dirt is a good idea. Thanks for sharing.
I smashed my leg on an eye bolt on a trailer...OUCH! lol
you know an older guy named greg always bugging you to come to alberta. you should come. we have some pretty big water holes and mud holes you would like
I'm love with that garage
Having trouble deciding what would be best for me an xxc or an xmr. Gonna be used in muskeg and serious mud was wondering which one people have had more luck with. I am tired of my Brute Force want a can am they are killing it in potential.
I didn't know you can use that stuff on plastics, always thought it was just for tires. I figured the chemicals would wreck the plastics.
How did you get your exhausts on each sides because i cant find one to do that
I've been Looking for a quick easy cheap shine thanks
Go deep! Woooo! Cool vid, definitely gonna pick some of that up!
Works great, I buy a case when it goes on sale for 70% off at Crappy Tire
amazing looking gade! i wish i had your bike!
Hey Osta I was wondering if you were gonna switch over tho the outlanders on your next build if so why is that? Thanks.
How often do you change the oil with what you put your machine through?
wont the tire foam ruin the paint? Thought it would because it says on the can not to use it on painted surfaces
Nice I also always woundered how you go that thing so clean and what your going to sell the ostacruiser ? I would hate to see that thing go. But I'm also currose on how much your going to sell for
Ostacruiser how much would sell it for and that is literally my dream renegade 😍 fell in love with it the first time I seen it here on TH-cam
So the outlander xmr rides like the Polaris 850 I had on 32in silverbacks.
How many miles are on it and I imagine that engine is holding up good it sounds great
400miles, and it runs mint, basically just broke in lol!
ostacruiser I have almost 400 on mine its a 2014 you must notbride many trails I would rather buy yours than someone that floods out the cvt or air box and says I dont ever have problems ha ha
Do you Remember where you got the back rack from I know its been long time
I use just generic tire shine on my cat. Works awesome and have had people ask to do theirs lol
hey um i have a 650 xmr outlander i have outlaws on her but i cant remember what size what kind of mod would be good for the motor that would be awesome if u helped me thanks
Does it have to be that brand? And can u leave it on the vehicles plastic for longer than 1hr?
You see the new highlifter gear lift , kool setup
Gonna get some tonight for the ol 300!
I love this bike.
That is a great looking machine, by the way.
Gonna try that spray next time I clean my machine The bog here in Newfoundland is heavy muddy stuff. Did your logos on the Dominators fade at all? Can barely see it on mine now.
Mine seem good still, are you running a fuel controller
Yep I'm running the dobek ejk with their tune currently. Iv also had some bubbles in paint on my left exhaust. I may have to send it back to get re painted
Heii after you've given Foaming tire you remove the cloth?
Man what do you do for a living? You got the setup. I'd hate to see your truck lol
does that thing have gears in all the vids nobody is shifting or is there a ceperate gear 4 mud pulling ?
Hey osta I would love to have her down here in Okeechobee Florida badass machine
Is it possible for you to do a video of what items your can am has? unless theres already on
You bet check out Ostacruiser's Catvos'd Renegade
Where do y'all get y'alls decals from mainly the red bull renegade thanks
If you think this sounds strange, then you should meet my friend. He sprays his with diesel. Shines like it just came off the showroom. If it wasn't so damn expensive I would too.
have you tried pledge? i used to use it quite a bit for dusty roads the dust just slides off
DO THE 2015 CAN AM OUTLANDER 500L. I know you can make it awesome. I want to see you build one rut
it cost a lot btw
Nice! What do you use to grease the drive shaft and everything? Thanks!
I use Amsoil waterproof grease, seems to work great
how much would you sell it for at the end of this season
about tree fiddy
That's cool I could use those ideas. Do you find the tire cleaner at auto zone?
Canadian tire i know it sells there for sure
Thanks Osta. 😊
Can Am needs to make a Osta edition quad like yours lol then just offer them in many different colors
I never use pressure washer. It has too much power. It forces water into seals and the electrical unions. The seals aren't made to hold out stuff under that much force. I know pressure washers are nice, but be warned.
I have been washing my machines this way for over 8 years with no issues...just have to be smart about it. use a wider tip not a pencil beam and don't go too close especially on electrical connections/switches and motor/tranny/diffs.
really dude what you think this is his first 4 wheeler .. lmfao people with dumb ass comments . he goes you be warned funny
I put mine out in the rain, that's as clean as it gets, same goes for my 4x4 truck
thanks for the tips!
Needs a MRRPM Kit in it :)
I'd come up from Maine to buy it! The trails are shity or dirt bikes so I'll make them worst with this beast! How much???
I'm thinking about getting a Polaris what kind of lift kit should I get I'm thinking 4in.
I thnk owning a canam would be like owning a Lamborghini they would be cool to have but wouldn't drive it a lot and it's kinda like a rich person quad to say like hey! I own a can am I'm fine with my honda
Jordan Whited thats false
Also what's your opinion on the 2016 outlander l x mr
The sc1 really works good I clean my honda up and it looks like a million bucks after
Is it just me or are those rear axels out in the open exposed to stuff?
Just wondering if you ever replaced a stock rear diff,, or did u upgrade to the xmr rear diff?
I upgraded to the Commander rear diff in my last 2 quads, never had an issue after that
Hey Osta just wondering how much u are going to sell it for?
Any other suggestions, can't get that stuff in the states.
What was the name of the spray that you used Osta?
Hey Osta imma Canadian so I was was wondering what that spray is called and where to get it, thanks!
2:22
I hate washing my bike...never mind detailing it and checking sh!t over!!!
HaHa
What size of tires is he running I know there 29.9 but how wide are they
what's the difference between a can-am renegade and the outlander.
+Mason McGraw The chassis. Motor and drivetrain are the same.
Wheel base is different and guage set-up and bead locks for starters
Would the tire cleaning stuff hurt rims if they are aluminum?
Quick question. Does the more sporty renegade base work better than a more utility outlander base?
They share all the same motor and drivetrain so they are very even in capabilities
That thing is a monster
Hey Osta any problems with washing under the seat with the pressure washer? I tried it once and my bike killed on me while I was washing it then it ended up being a fuel pump fuse that went out.
I wash under the seat after every ride and have never had an issue
+ostacruiser thanks for the reply. Found the problem it was wire short. Kept blowing the fuel pump fuse.
Good to hear bud. Glad you got it figured
beautifull bike !!
Il est MAGNIQUE!!!
If you plastics are faded over time, would this stuff bring 'em back or not?
That was the whole point of spraying it
If there sun faded a heat gun will bring them back to the original shade.
+Gage Cook ohh i see thanks budd
Want did you have done to you're outlander?
I KNEW THEY FLOATED
BTW, nice skidloader too
It looks great
