I live in Singapore. I agree with all 5 points of yours. Coughing is rare among Chinese is because of less aggressively spicy food and less pollution. Children are quieter probably because of their genetics.
I’m Singaporean - one thing you grow up hearing is that it’s better to discipline your children yourself than to let society do it. Nothing to do with genetics as I have Indian origin - it’s to do with parenting.
Do you think China has less pollution ? Is this ur logic? Coughing is common across world. Reasons must be environmental and genetic. When I say environmental, I mean tropical and non tropical.
Same feeling about coughing n quiet children. Even seen the same thing about Hong Kong very SOBER KIDS.. YES may be genetics and food habits as u said about leaving the spices and DUST CONTROL.
Yes. Ruchi, I totally agree with you. I am a Chinese drama fan, and I found their school and college campus are so beautiful. Most importantly I found Chinese keep quiet in every public occasions. I think it’s their advanced culture and teaching system. I love Chinese culture and hope one day could live in China for a while. I want to see these scenes that hidden love shows to me.
Coughing point is actually true....not only in China even in Europe you won't hear too much coughing..... Elders having fun point is very nice One should never stop enjoying life
Maybe it could be because most Chinese drink hot or warm water. Drinking cold or ice water after having spicy food irritates the throat which causes coughing.
I’m Singaporean - one thing you grow up hearing is that it’s better to discipline your children yourself than to let society do it. Nothing to do with genetics as I have Indian origin - it’s to do with parenting.
100% correct .. I also think that Indian parents don't work on discipline and manner from starting .. today's generation is just giving birth.. no discipline , no caring for their health, mental growth, their learnings .. nothing .. child grows with whatever their teachers teach them in school n clg .. nothing from parents 🤦🤦
I lived in Xi'An from 2000 to 2010. I noticed all the points you said, but I have 2 observations to add: 1. People are very kind, they go out of their way to help, I asked a random guy on the street for directions, he asked me to follow him. Like he walked 15 minutes to show me where I wanted to go. 2. Shopkeepers really trust everyone. I walked into a small shop on the roadside to buy a bottle of water, nobody was inside the shop. Shopkeeper was gone. I waited more than 10 minutes. Somehow, shopkeeper thinks nobody would steal anything, he just disappeared and left for other errands.
Hi. I'm an ethnic Chinese, but I'm not from China. I and my wife often watch videos from TH-camrs in China. And we are always surprised that shopkeepers and food stall owners don't seem to care if you pay or not!! Often the TH-camr buys something, scans the QR code to pay and then try to show the shop owner they've paid. But the shop owners often don't even bother to look!!! So I always wonder how they know if the person actually paid! So strange. Very good, but very strange.
Love your videos. Your observation is very appropriate. The Chinese are super organised. The main difference is that they don't have caste and creed divisions.
Chinese people have always said, "There have been kings, dukes, and ministers throughout history. Why shouldn't I have the chance?" This means that if one can become an emperor, why shouldn't I be able to as well?

Kindergarten (3 years) - Primary school (6 years) - Junior high school (3 years) - Senior high school/Skilled high school (3 years)) - University (3 years for junior high school; 4 years for undergraduate studies (5 years for medical studies), 3 years for master's and 3-8 years for doctoral studies). In China, starting from the age of 3, studying in kindergarten for 3 years is a chargeable stage. In public schools, it is generally 1000-3000 RMB per month, which is more expensive in large cities than in small cities. Starting from the age of 6, China implements 9-year free compulsory education (6-year primary school, 3-year junior high school (or 5+4)), with public schools being free and private schools charging fees. There is no unified standard for fees, usually around 20000 RMB per year. The enrollment rate from junior high school to senior high school is around 50%, and students who have not been admitted to senior high school generally enter vocational secondary schools (at the same level as senior high schools). Senior middle school students can participate in the college entrance examination and enter universities to study. The comprehensive admission rate can reach 80%, with about half being undergraduate schools and the other half being vocational schools. Junior college students can be promoted to undergraduate programs, and undergraduate students can apply for master's degree programs. In China, the annual tuition fee for regular universities is approximately 6000 RMB.

I observed in the Western countries there are many homeless, dirty streets, drugs addicts and not friendly towards Non-Whites people. In China, most people are friendly towards foreigners, be it the Whites, Indians and African people. Hope more Indians will visit China and understand the Chinese culture, enjoy the scenic places, food, etc.
I love the way you have done honest observation.I too find it odd if children keep crying...as my children were always cheerful..even in US I saw normal families around me keeping their children happy sometimes 4 of them..They raise them with love and kids never cry or scream. This is my observation.I love your vlogs.

Ab tak ka best video yahi laga .apke videos sabse zyada pasand h mujhe.china ka culture dekhne ko milta rahta h aur dusre desh ko janne ki sabhi ki ek khas ikcha hoti h
Thank God finally aap ka video aa hi gya
Mai kb se wait kr rhi thi aapke video ka
I love this new context video ❤
Good to see you healthy again..bgm soundtrack is very beautiful. ❤️
I agree with your observations of modern China. Now, China has an affluent and educated society. There are still a number of less educated people with old bad social behaviour.
I love your videos...:)

Yes Ruchi you are absolutely right in your observation. I also live in Shanghai…
Super video, very modest people there, our Indians don't bother about others ,like our government
I love the way you have done honest observation.I too find it odd if children keep crying...as my children were always cheerful..even in US I saw normal families around me keeping their children happy sometimes 4 of them..They raise them with love and kids never cry or scream. This is my observation.I love your vlogs.

Yes we want this kind of information about china and I am was waiting for your vlog...🎉❤ Love from Delhi India
I love Chinese people and their govt. ..has been consistently striving to bring prospereity to the country..Actually if people are not corrupt govt.can do a lot.citizens have to be honest like in China.
Whether it is environment, public security, infrastructure, entertainment, transportation, convenience of life and so on, the comprehensive level of Chinese cities is really not inferior to that of any other country in the world, which is also one of the advantages of late-developing countries.
Very informative Ruchi.👍
