    The level of detail in these reviews is extraordinary. The opinions expressed are informed by experience and knowledge. I truly appreciate the content Motolegends has been putting out. I'm in the States and stumbled into these reviews a few months ago. I am subscribed and watch everything they put out.

    Can't believe I'm commenting - but glad to have watched some of your videos while I'm unable to ride... that being said I have a silver blue sportbike and never heard of the Furygan name - blue matches my bike, went online and I might have found the very last size large on earth, even on sale (I never get good deals) and ordered it immediately. Got it soon thereafter even after ordering from some out of country website - the jacket is great. Great color, fit, style, etc... yeah, consumerism and all - I'm still glad to have watched your really well produced and informative videos... so thanks.

    I ride a Rokker Revolition jacket and its an amazing piece. It looks like a regular civil one, but protection is perfect. A friend of mine slided a bit from 50km\h with the same one - no issues at all and no replacement needed, just couple of scratches on jacket, man is perfectly fine. In hot summer weather (like 25+ Cel) its a bit hot when not on a motorcycle. But think its ok for total waterproofness of Revilution line.
    I'm so happy with it that bought rokker ridertech pants recently. Think, price is reasonable for the Rokker quality - youll ride many years and be a happy protected person. Greetings from Saint-Petersburg!

    Like your review but the selection is a bit odd, please do some more variations in the selection and include only AA rated jackets. A rated is for scooters ;) feels so wierd with a leather non perforated summer jacket. But i guess it's what you have in the store
    Must be something new for 2020 that beats the Marrakech?

    • @Comrade134

      The selection is heavily biased. They like to talk a great deal but they don't even try the majority of items they review in real life conditions so they are judging mostly by shallow impressions.

    I think the UK has a different definition of Summer than my region. Any tip videos for staying safe while riding in Sauna’s ?

    • @billadmond9450
      @billadmond9450 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      In fact these people doing reviews don't care or don't even know that every country has a different summer and temperatures.
      I bought a Furygan Kenya which is claimed for summer but based on my experience it is good for temperatures up to around 20-25 degrees and above these temperatures it's a struggle inside this jacket.
      This is the information that people need to know, even manufacturers do NOT know how to display their products and they don't show the inside of the jacket.
      How these incompetent people pretend bikers buy a jacket online based on a picture???

    • @billadmond9450
      @billadmond9450 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Fee.1 I've found none.
      Believe me I tried 5 "summer" jackets and I still own 3 of them, they are OK but not suitable for the Australian hot summer.
      Based on my experience the jacket must be light, have a clean front zip, should have a "mesh" lining, NO any anti rain/wind liner or membrane, two simple front zip pockets, NO elastic to the waist and the sleeves' openings.
      All jackets I tried are a mix of these specifications and I feel like designers know very very little about motorcycle summer jackets other than playing 3D software on computers.
      The only jacket that I'm eyeing is the Tucano Urbano Spencer jacket because I think they made it right, the jacket looks very casual and ticks all requirements.
      But unfortunately it's hard to find (for me) so depending on your country you might be luckier.
      A very very sad note and a thumb down about Tucano Urbano (Italian brand) is that they never replayed to my e-mail and my request for support from their Facebook page!

    • @Fee.1
      @Fee.1 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@billadmond9450 yea I live in New Orleans, southern US, hot and humid most of the time. “Summer jacket” is an oxymoron and there’s just no way around it here. Mesh jackets made like you mentioned are the closest i have found. I own a mesh jacket from Revit that’s not bad at all, but nothing can make even mesh in our summers not feel like an extra couple of layers.
      That Rukka airflow focused forsair jacket seems promising, as much as is possible at least

    • @billadmond9450
      @billadmond9450 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Fee.1 No, I mean mesh lining not mesh jacket.
      But the one you suggested is an expensive one, even so the manufacturer doesn't show the inside, as usual so I would only buy after trying it in a shop!
      Edit: look also for motorbike shirts because they are usually lighter, I like one from Revit.

    • @Motolegends
      @Motolegends  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes, that makes sense. The Forsair is up to road riding. The Marrakesh is, in our view, probably more robust, but I think the Baja gives the best combination of safety and air flow. It is just a bit more expensive. ML

    I just purchased a Klim Induction.
    Very good ventilation. Paid $350 for it . My opinion it's overpriced. I don't think the zipper will last more than 2 years. It's not even a close comparison to my 13 year old Alpinestar mess jacket that I bought on closeout for $89 .
    I'm going to hang onto the old
    Old Alpinestar. I'm sure it will out last the Klim.
    Also forget the water proof liners
    Get a good rain jacket. And a electric heated liner. I've rode 30 to 90 degree on trips. And stayed pretty comfortable.
