Tip for you, only cook the mince with your spices and no oil. Add onions, dhania only after the mince is cooked. In this way the mince cooks in it's own oil and does not make your samoosas oily.
A home without a daughter is like a river without a source(African Proverb) Annette, you're a pride to your house and family.God bless...and continue being you.
Hi Annette, my name is also Annette Rose. I was so excited when I saw that we share the same name. I have been watching you videos, and I love your energy. I live is America. I'm originally from the UK. my tip for you when you are cutting onions, please wear glasses, it prevents the fumes from the onions, stop burning your eyes. ❤
I’m a 🇸🇴🇺🇸 married to a Latin 🇺🇸 amazing man! We do make samosas too in Somalia too, with ground beef and a bunch of spices🌶️🧅🧄🌿 ! You have a beautiful family sis! God bless you! ❤
Annie , cut a slice of bread and place it on the chopping board board close to the onions, the bread will absorb the moisture from the onions instead of making you teary.
I love the cooking video you and your mom did. Your mom seems to be so sweet and she is always dress nice please cherish this moment with your mom love both off you
I really can't believe all these people telling Annette what to do. And some are so rude. Annette is her own person and she doesn't need anyone's unsolicited help! A friendly tip here and there is nice but some people have no manners! 🙄
Annette is brilliant (Annette has a brain, as huge as her beauty, she isn't simply another pretty face), enough to ignore the rude stupidity of the haters...
Next time try and add moore onion it will make alot of difference, and at the end before the u turn of the heat smash some garlic with coriander leaves. ( optional add some pre cooked potatos very little amount and cut it randomely n mix it with the meat after its cooked it helps if u have less meat to make more samosas and it helps reduce and balance the salt always).
Oh, poor Annette. Everyone telling you so many different ways to cut onions, how to cook--I guess you just have to laugh--and then cook the way you want to cook. After all, the samosas turned out perfect!!😅❤
❤ what a lovely family is that an old family recipe it looks really delicious I would want garlic powder or fresh garlic in mine along with all the other spices that you put in your mom is such a sweet lady sending you all lots of love from Connecticut❤☕🍽🌹❤
Lovely Annette and your husband Slavi. I admire the way you treat Mama Annette. The babies love her too. She is a great lady God bless you Mama Annette
Annette, You learn me how to make those samosas, which I would try .There lòòk so gòòd to eat. Thanks to you and your mom, we never to old to learn something new.. God blessed your family.❤❤❤😂😂❤
Hi normaly for samosas you add onions and spices the last. You dont fry onions. Also add some coriander leaves and few drops of lemon or lime to the mint. It will turn out beautiful and tasty.
Don’t cut of the onion bottom. Wash the onion first, cut of the top, remove the outer skin, then cut your onion down to the bottom, then cut off the bottom. That reduces the tearing of the eyes. Worth trying. Marcelo is so romantic with his ‘honey!’
annette, i remember you used to get super-tired while pregnant. has this matter now resolved completely? and thanks for sharing your beautiful family life with us 🥰
Yes ofcourse samoosas are an Indian snack, however wherever there are Indians you will find samoosas. I am of Indian descent and was born in South Africa, samoosas are a popular snack there. I migrated to Australia and I make samoosas here too. I use the springroll pastry to make it, unlike back in South Africa my aunt used to make the pastry for us. Home made is the best.

Samosas ate everywhere. Although I've only tasted East Ibdian samosas! But with Annette's instructional video, I think I could make some...maybe😅.

After removing the onion peeling, you put water in a small bowl and soak the onions for about 10 minutes you will thank me later 😊

In east Africa, specifically in Burundi and Rwanda, they are called Sambusas
Hi Annette very nice you make it samosas it's Indian food. Eat with 🍵 tea.i love you Annette.
Hi mum very smart n humble Marcelo calling honey nicely, the samosa looks delicious, enjoy
Why don’t you use an onion chopper? It will save your eyes from the stinging.
Yes ofcourse samoosas are an Indian snack, however wherever there are Indians you will find samoosas. I am of Indian descent and was born in South Africa, samoosas are a popular snack there. You test the heat oth oil by placiing a mwiko in. If it is sizzling ,then it's hot enough🇰🇪
You did an AWESOME job. Veggies are NY favorite...💚🙏🏾💛🫶🏾😋
I just subscribed 😊.
Annette and mum that's good performance 👏 👌 🙌 👍. Our baby girl from Kenya 🇰🇪 very yummy 😋

Hi my fellow Ugandan
Chop the onions in an electrical chopper or blender. I love samosas, especially with a spicy kick to them. Feed me anything Indian and I'm good.

The pan is too small too,
By the way when is the two mother inlaws/family going to meet🤔 waiting for that video 😊

I’m Filipina but our lumpia (egg rolls) are very similar but our we add carrots and potatoes. I’m gonna try samosas. Looks yummy

Happy Thursday guys hoping you're having a wonderful evening, over here in Jamaica 🇯🇲 we are still in the morning hours going to afternoon.
You can buy wrappers from Asian stores. The ones they use to make spring rolls.
I’m here to learn how make Samosas from scratch. I really miss them. The ones in the US don’t taste like those back home. Maybe making them myself will be better.
Cook your minced. Meat with 2 cups of water it will release the fat and you do not need to use oil
It looks very nice and delicious 😋
Here in Tanzania we make them too but they are called SAMBUSA
Nipitieni please 🙏❤❤
For most crunchy samosa, it's important to fry them when it's frozen
Wao yummy 😋😋
That looked like a lot of salt for so little flour. Hmm!
The onions are so few dear... it is normally the greatest ingredient in samos ❤❤❤
Look for some chewing gum and chew while cutting onions...... You'll thank me later.....love you annette
In Somalia, we always use Sombossa
