2020年11月4日（水）に、エスコヤマのお庭のテラスに、絵本『ビートルくんときんいろのバウム』（フレーベル館）の主人公・ビートルくんの新しい銅人形が設置されました。こちら、どのシーンを切り取ったものかお分かりになりますか？　丸太を枕にして気持ちよさそうに昼寝をしていますが、このあとビートルくんは大変なことになってしまうんですよね。実はこのシーン、シェフ小山も印象に残っているシーンだそうです。
テラスには、もう一体のビートルくんや、暖炉に変身したビートルくんもあり、それぞれ絶妙な距離感で設置されています。絵本のなかのそれぞれのシーンを思い浮かべながらぜひご覧ください。
