my phone mi10t suddenly force shutdown...this happened when i was normally cahtting and then suddenly force shsutdown...already tried all tricks in the internet with hold power button + up volume button for 30 sec...still nothing happen...is it the battery problem or just case like u did? put on charger still nothing happen...hopefully u can help me with this issue

Please help me one of my friends who repaired the phone said to copy all my phone data in pc bcz after cpu reball phone will rest if this's true then it is a problem I do not want to factory reset my phone.
@@jasonbourne7171 you’re friend is definitely wrong. if you perfectly reball the ram and cpu . all the files you have in your phone is still there. you dont need to back up any of your files. only change cpu can never retrieve your files. but if you reball it perfectly. you’re files is retained. no single files deleted.
