Doubt it. More like around 90-100km/h. These trains can go well over 100km/h I think, but I don't think they do for safety reasons. The tracks aren't that well secured to ensure such high speeds. Open railways like these are easier to compromise. Truly high speed railway tracks need to be secured by preventing any possibility of people crossing them. That is not possible for most of the above ground railway tracks in India.
The train is capable of doing in excess of 200kph. Some trains in India have a clearance for upto 160kph on some routes for a certain distance and they are well secured
