i truly respect boyd for giving her a chance to get clean and knowing the fact of the case is that prison does absolutely not help keep people clean. esp when you only have ten months. as someone that has done 8 years in prison i cant tell you how many people i seen come in with a year or so drug addicts get out and end up dead within 90 days. an its truly sad that some judges rather send people to prison instead of getting them the help. or offering the help. for instances like hers getting released without knowlege of why thinking hey im free they didnt send me to treatment so i still have no tools to use to keep me clean so lets just get high again. and i do understand the person has to want to change themself or no amount of help will help them stay clean. as im an addict with over 10 years clean now
Why don’t they take treatment in prison? I believe if one is on probation for drugs and they don’t follow probation then they should go to jail. If they use when they get out, that’s on them not the system. If they were clean all them years in prison they should know the difference. @@justmeinhere5905 because with a ten month sentence there isn’t enough time to even get enrolled in a treatment program in jail. You have to have enough time to complete the program enrolling in. Probation is a generous substitute for jail. Allows a person to be free, with requirements. If the requirements are not fulfilled, the privilege of probation is taken away. Those 4 years are the remainder of the jail sentence received.
I have a lot of hope for her, but also know how it goes. It appears that she wants the help, but she’s also gotta be willing to do the work. Not always easy, but worth it. I’m a drug addict (sober over 14yrs) and worked at a treatment facility. I’ve seen women all gung-ho then all of a sudden refuse to do the work. I’ve also seen women be totally against being in treatment, then do really well and are still sober yrs later

Dude is high as balls. Keeps nodding out.
This girl is really caching a break and hopefully she will be smart and grateful enough not to mess up!! Most judges would have thrown the book at her!!!
Dang!! So if I want some meth/coke/crack/weed/fentanyl I just drive to Texas? So many drug addicts/dealers.
What's the deal with male attorneys and ponytails?
What do you mean.
Judge Boyd probably has saved his life 😊
Oh, am I first? Never been first before! lol
Gonna go out on a limb and say that is not the judge's real hair
Does anyone else think the prosecution looks like Groucho Marx? 😂
Lol take your 10 months !! Shorty got 2 extra years probation amd could of been out on 10 months with no probation
She should be handling the criminal clown Trump

Extended her probation for 2 years and has drug court? Should have just went and did the 10 months wnd been done
She's much more lenient with women.
facts I just watched her give a guy 8 years for his first violation on probation
4 years for probation violation damn
