      I feel sorry for you.
      However, you can make use of playback speed controller available in youtube.
      Just play the video and go to the options where you can reduce the speed of the video.
      Hope this will help !!
      And definitely, I'll try to improve my speed to increase the understanding of the viewers.

    Maybe this is also how tidal wave is created after a devestated earthquake.

      I don't think I understand what you want to say
      But tidal waves are totally different phenomenon than hydraulic jump.
      Of course they also carries huge amount of energy, but dissipation of energy not so quick in comparison with hydraulic jump
