Stop being afraid, they’re feeding off of your fear. Also have positive emotions which will create positive energy, this will create energy the spirits can’t feed off of. Stop being afraid, they’re feeding off of your fear. Also have positive emotions which will create positive energy, this will create energy the spirits can’t feed off of. Once you are more positive return the doll if you can. Then when you get home tell the spirits that is your home and firmly command them to leave.

OK, the footsteps you hear may be the wooden floor and steps settling with the temperature change from day to night, heard it happen myself in several different houses.
