I feel like that was the turning point in the game they pissed off the Tigers and i remember last season same thing happened on road against Florida and LSU ended up sweeping them and went on a winning streak. If crews gets hot watch out!!
Ok that's a bit of a reach. Murillo overreacted for sure but it was so quick. He's definitely in the wrong there but I don't think it's any bigger than just an awkward slide and a reaction.
@@zack3135Blake throws strikes…that’s all we can ask for from him. I don’t think he can go more than 3 innings without teams getting used to him, and they start crushing him because of it. Money throws strikes unlike 99% of our bullpen, so hopefully he continues to get better, and I’m wrong about the 3 innings max!
The way Hurd bounced back in the bottom of the 10th was INSANE. Mentally to lock back in & put up a 0 after that 9th is ridiculous! Big ups to u man, ik how hard tht is
I have a feeling next week we'll get to see how good the sec is, especially Arkansas, LSU which i think these 2 teams will play for the title. But think of it this way, sec has been on top for a long while and the national champion hasn't won the the sec tournament either. Will be exciting to watch
I’ve said it earlier, it seems like LSU has a really basic approach at the plate. Whichever way the wind is blowing, hit it that way in the air and we’ll put up runs.
LSU just doesn’t seem to have that dominant factor to them unless they’re playing midweek games… i can see them getting bounced in regionals, definitely wouldn’t be surprised
If we don’t put up 10 or more in games 2 and 3 yeah.. keep letting Paul Skenes throw 1,000 pitches a game his arm won’t make it to regionals… fuck jay Johnson
I had to go back and refresh my memory on the last pitcher we had who Jay Johnson burnt his fucking arm up in two seasons.. his last name was Fontenot… Skenes is a beast, but i don’t agree with Jay Johnson’s decisions to leave him in at over 100 pitches in multiple outings… not now… we’ve basically secured a regionals damn near… the guy has a future in the mlb if he doesn’t wind up needing tommy johns by July
@@MississippiKid96dude, starting pitchers should be able to pitch well over 100 pitches every week. Georgia shortstop shoving Tre Morgan after Morgan immediately goes to apologize… real classy, well deserved L for Georgia.

Almost as classy as skenes showing up every batter he strikes out lol.
@@justinb50 if batters celebrate after showing up the pitcher, pitchers should be able to do the same thing
@@justinb50 the difference between ya boy and skenes is that skenes is the best in the game. Big difference.
No matter what team we play LSU'S relief pitching will make it interesting...🎉
We need help fr. We beat up but also just trash
Finally a close game that goes in our favor. Great show by Paul and Thatcher!
Yk lsu has won like 80% of their games that is a 1 run games? Pretty sure #1 in country
They are 4-1 in one score games now
If they hold their opponents to under 7 runs they have won 99% of their games...
Great to see Hurd have a great outing . gonna need that more if we gonna make a run
I love that Jay stuck with him after the 9th. He bent but never broke.
@@noahlejeune3154 me too , could be a huge confidence booster for him moving forward
Now I wanna see Johnson give Blake Money that same long leash. I think he's been pitching really well lately (comparatively speaking)

Great win Tigers! You da man Wheels!!!
We needed this one. Geaux Tigers.
After the two homers Hurd honestly dominated. Gotta work on a lot
Jordan Thompson going oppo 2X was beautiful
That umpire did not like Dylan crews
Couple really questionable calls, not just on Crews either

LSU narrowly avoiding a sweep because the garbage bullpen is about to give up 1000000 runs the next 2 games
