Florida came out smoking again but Hurd settled down and shut them down with help from the last two pitchers. The Tiger bats responded after some more smart coaching. Coach Jay told them to shorten up and try and loop hits. Man did it work. Great Coaching Job by LSU. Great win to get #7.

He really didn't have a choice, their pitching situation was as depleted as LSU's was on Sunday. Caglione was his only hope. Cags has been great all year, but when I had a chance to watch them this season, if he was on he was great, if he was off, he was terrible.
