A flight in turbulences

Explanation of turbulences on a flight from Lima (Peru) to Madrid (Spain)
Turbulences, depending of their level (light, medium, heavy and extreme) can make a very uncomfortable flight.
The ones that you can see in the video are moderate, an the extreme turbulence is always avoided.
In higher intensity than the ones you see here may look dangerous, but they only affect the confort of the flight.
The reason why we stop the inflight service and also ask the passengers to return to their seats is just to avoid injuries by falling onto other passengers.
Remember that in aviation, safety is always first.
