Avant attachments: Rotary hedge cutter S30

Rotary hedge cutter S30 is an efficient attachment for cutting of shrub, bush, hedge and similar vegetation. It is equipped with three rotors with 4 cutting blades on each rotor. The blades are mounted in two different heights 2+2 on the rotor which - together with the outer rotors rotating inwards - means that they mulch the material into small bits which doesn’t need to be collected after cutting. The rotary hedge cutter can be mounted both on the A431070 mechanical side arm and on the A424552 hydraulic side arm. With Avant 600 series the optional 180 kg rear side weights A49063 are recommended on the loader for better stability.

Could you give more information about what else it can cut , meaning how thick of a branch can it cut ?

The recommended thickness of a branch to cut is 20 mm but it'll cut even thicker than that. You can contact your local dealer and ask for a demo if needed.

@@avanttecno my dealer does not have a demo unfortunately . If attached to the mechanical side arm how high can I reach to cut the tops of hedges with a 750 model ? Does it cut precisely ? As precise like the S30 two blade A434613 cutting bar ? I am looking for a tool to trim long and high cedar hedges but would be great to also be able to trim down blackberry bushes and other stuff. Which is the better option ? Also looking for very little maintenance. Thanks
