Twins players are just giant lag machines. They either don't know how to turn the turret or they lag like they are playing for some random McDonalds wifi
Sometime twins requires holding 4 buttons at the same time. Forward + Left/Right + Space + Turret Rotation. So it happens a lot that keys starts ghosting and that's the reason you may see people not playing properly using it.

It's not about the recording. It's a plugin called Twixtor.
Twixtor gives super slow and super smooth slow motion.
