The only thing that could make this song even more powerful would be one more verse; the clown hunted the thief and the wife down and put them in the ground. Florence could articulate it better, but buried alive, so they could be together till death. Sounds morbid, but it would suit the emotive of the other verses.

It's like I am living, breathing, and feeling the music, not simply just listening to it. It's absolutely intoxicating, and I love it! This is definitely one of my new fav's but my all time fav's would have to be Blinding and Howl, I love how dark and haunting they are, just sends shivers down my spine when I listen to it. =D
at first i was watching your videos thinking i'd seen them all after following florence for more than a year before her album and the first decent copy of anything comes along is her,rob and chris performing my boy boy builds coffins in a park made me fall in love. and just yes. very much yes at your channel and this video :)

@dadadancer93 she was absolutely phenomenal, did you go? the only thing i underestimated was how loud she was going to be haha. i was situated right next to the bass speaker and right underneath the main speaker, needless to say my hearing was gone at the end of the night but it was completely worth it xx
