a mike stewart science board , being comfortable is most important to me so would just say to find the right wetsuit appropriate for your environment and make sure it fits right
im not familiar with leashes i have a super old one that my friend left in my car from what i remember, but i can say i would suggest a bicep leash vs wrist leash
the point of it being slow is to utilize the youtube quality settings and you can speed it up to just about regular motion and slow it down to about 20%, as of right now its not available on cell phones only desktops tabs iPads etc, but I'm thinking youtube may incorporate the cell speed manipulation in the future

just takes experience, over time you will learn to always protect your neck, grab for sand and/or tuck and roll to get out safely

nah after swells it usually builds up sand on the inside break so when everywhere else has died out the inside here is usually empty and sucking up
