I am suffering from the same from last 7 months... doctor has advised LIS....but I don't want surgery. It's been one week, I am following all the precautions religiously like you stated- sitz bath, lidocaine, 3-4 litre water a day, exercise, stool softener. Now pain has gone, constipation has gone, bleeding isn't there. I am thinking to follow this for 6-8 months straight. Let's see...😅..
Edit- It's been 3 weeks, I have been following the same routine. Now it is totally cured.
PS:- Mere case me 7 months tk regular nhi tha. Bich me thik bhi hota tha, fr ho dobara ho jata tha. Itna severe nhi tha. Plz agr kisi ka severe h or uthne bethne me bhi dikkt h to doctor se discuss kre. Ye or worse hoskkta h....
