fissure - a hard bowel is responsible for fissure but chronic diarrhea can also be the cause. Anal fissure medical student lecture classifies the fissure into two types. untreated fissures develop a hood like skin tag (sentinel piles) which cover the fissure and cause discomfort pain.

Is weight lifting or squats, working with double join gym exercises delay healing fissure ? Is gym bad for fissure ?
Small free hand exercise can halt it quickly but lifting heavy weight will be problematic

Hii i just came across your video after googling symptoms of this condition and i also got diagnosed with piles last year i think. I had gotten onto a diet but i recently travelled and it's back. My rectal area is so so so sensitive, even the sprinkler that you clean your ass with hurts at its most powerful and the ones while i was travelling stabbed me so harshly. It's so embarassing to even show it to my mom also as i am concerned i might smell bad or something even though i try keeping it as clean as possible. Need to show it to a doctor asap but i dont want anyone to touch me there. 😭

I am suffering from chronic fissure and one sanital pipe so what should I don for it. Already taken so many precautions but after few day when pass the hard stool then it's burning some time whole day. So please suggest best doctor or best proctologist surgeon. I wanted to cure permanently. I just fed up since last six months.

If surgery done at a young age, will it lead to spinchter muscle control loss in later years ? (As it naturally gets relaxed as the person ages)
It cannot be commented f om now but with sphincter exercise it can be controlled later
@@shomusbiologyofficial You said in the video inner spinchter muscle is not in the person's control -> that means there are no exercises to be able to correct it then -> which means if the surgery is done at a young age, there's no guarantee you'll not have bowel issues later in life which is a very high risk
