Nothing better than having comfy cab to sit in blowing snow! Wish i had one.

we bought the power unit without a cab and then bought the cab separately. $2,000 for a used cab. they don't sell these cabs new any more, just parts for them. we prefer these cabs over the John Deere ones. we have one with the older cab and just not as much room inside. the new 1575or 1585 cabs may have more room but they aren't removable. I know they make a few other styles of cabs but those are the only 2 we have been in.

I don't know why they aren't more common. Put the weight over the drive wheels. Get the hood out of the way so you can see what you are doing. Turning is sharper. Similar to an F10 loader I built nearly 50 years ago with the steering in the back.

You might want to add an adjustable hydraulic flow reducer valve inline with your spout rotator. IMO yours is slamming around too fast. Things break easier in the cold.

talk to tractor time with tim here on you tube and get a turbo on that 1525 he did one on one of his 1025's and sounds good and really all in all works out pretty darn good i feel like it could be something deere may look in to doing
