I remember watching his father on candid camera when I was a kid. I don't know how he can keep from busting out laughing. I'm 72 now and still laughing.

Sometimes the best part of the gag is the reveal that they are on Candid Camera. I miss this show.
Peter was an underrated actor.
It must be very difficult to convince somebody that you can't see when you can. He did a great job of pulling it off.

I Love Peter Funt so much!!! Hes such an amazing actor to be able to pull these off! Lol. I'm Sure his late Father Allen Funt (The Creator and host of The original Candid Camera series) is so proud of his son and his accomplishments and for Continuing his Legacy. God bless them both! read more books and you'll be able to come up with better words :) the problem is most people only ever read other people's comments online, so they all sound alike and say 'wholesome' 'cringey' etc

Ha Haaa - Hard to believe, that guy was actually telling him which way to go & which way to turn, when he can't even seeee - He certainly cared about public safety!? LOVE this show. In those days, people watched tv for entertainment, there were certain popular shows, and most people knew of them. Now we have too much entertainment, not enough time, so many shows, fewer favorites, less sense of humor, and we'd be offended if some stranger played a prank on us!? TIMES SURE HAVE CHANGED. Glad for the good ol' days, and being a part of them!!

I love this show and I remember back when his father Allen Funt was doing candid camera in the 60’s - 70’s and it was so funny and I’m glad that Peter Funt kept the tradition going…they claim laughter is the cure for the blues…👍🏼👍🏼

In the 'original' that I saw, (unless it was another spin-off), the blind man had a white cane, and was supposed to
be totally blind. When getting to his car, he checked if it was the correct one by feeling the number-plate with his
fingers, reading it like 'Braille' !!! Then drove off with his window down, & his white cane tapping on the road!! hahaha....

My favorite reveals are when the person has to take a few moments to process what they just heard and then you slowly see it dawn on them

Years ago, a WW2 veteran neighbor was a double amputee who also was a CFI ( Certified Flight Instructor ) who used a special control device to operate the rudder in his plane. At annual "flyins" at our local airport, he always had a lot of fun with the kids about the fact that in spite of having no legs, he would be happy to give them rides in the plane. On one such occasion he said he was considering putting on a pair of really dark sunglasses, getting a white cane, and attempt to get folks to push him in the wheelchair to his plane and help him get aboard so he could fly ! I asked him if he was going tell them about his Braille pre-flight checklist !
