Discovered some exciting new tech with Okina that could very well push him into being ban worthy. Requires one bar + flashing in the corner off a 6[6]a/b starter, and assumes the opponent does not block, air tech, deflect, or wakeup roll at any point during the sequence

I also discovered a touch of death that works for ANY CHARACTER, but the setup requires that the opponent be one hit away from dying.
