Being truthful isn't synonymous with being rude. If that were the case, there be no difference between our ego and our truth but there is a huge distinction.
When we are anything less than kind, we know we have submitted to our ego, the unreal part of ourselves, and in that very moment we are incapable of truth or honesty. This is because our ego is the part of us that feels small, isolated, separated, unworthy and afraid.
However, being honest with other requires us to stay true to who we are at all times even in the face of criticisms of others, as well as, their demands and expectations. It is the part of us that knows that we are more than our pain and fears, that when we are faithful to our truth, we are capable of greatness, sourced in our oneness with all life.

@Diane Catts Really, I felt, considering everything, she was rather upfront and respectable even though "he" took every shot possible and made up stuff when he couldn't. However, the few shots she did take and were right on the money she can never live down. However, "he" can say anything including lying with the evidence of him do it or saying it playing behind him on a jumbotron, it's like it never happened or isn't happening.
There are 2 agreements that the Clinton Campaign entered with DNC. The first agreement is the fundraising agreement which promises the Clinton campaign control over the DNC’s resources, it stipulates that this control only applies after the primaries, assuming Clinton won the nomination. As several Democratic Party leaders - including former DNC chair Howard Dean - have noted, this is relatively standard. Indeed, the Sanders campaign was offered a similar joint fundraising agreement and declined. The second document shows that the DNC and Clinton campaign had an additional agreement that provided the campaign with influence over the DNC well before Clinton won the nomination. Specifically, the campaign was given veto power over the selection of the new DNC communications director and other senior staff members in the committee’s communications, technology, and research departments - should there have been vacancies. What was, and was not, surprising about this? It is common for candidates to gain control of the national committee after they win the presidential nomination. It is not unheard of to have the national committee align themselves with a candidate before they win the nomination. One example would be the 1992 Republican primary, George Bush Sr. the RNC openly stated that the chairman and committee were 100% behind him. Certainly, the DNC emails that leaked in the run-up to the 2016 Democratic National Convention show that most DNC staffers preferred Clinton over Sanders. This is nothing new, as it was proven, DNC has strong preference over the candidates. Al Gore's enormous influence over the DNC before the 2000 primaries began: By 1999, the DNC’s senior staff was dominated by Democratic politicos with long-standing relations to Gore - including both co-chairmen, the finance chair and one of the senior advisers. Thus, while the DNC did not endorse Gore, it clearly preferred him in the 2000 primaries. Given Clinton’s standing as the favorite to win the Democratic nomination, and her longtime role in the party, it is not surprising that her preferences were incorporated in the DNC’s decision-making processes. Let's compare that to the reckless stronghold that Trump has on the republican party!

Mrs. Clinton was and is the best candidate for President--Sens Warren and Klobuchar, my ticket, had separate and imposing strengths but HRC has it all in one package and, like the former, strength but tested on so many levels and not found wanting. We missed out on a golden opportunity to have a leader whose grasp of our government and democracy makes her unique among politicians.
I love listening to Hillary. She's so smart and funny, too. The breadth of her knowledge is amazing.
