Lol, I've peeled a lot of potatoes in my lifetime. I talked in the video about using my favorite knife and how I don't like potato peelers but we took that part out. Lol.

Looks so good. One of my favorites. Iv never used the browning liquid. I use brown gravy mix. Will look for this one. Happy Mothers Day Marie.
To make it a little easier on yourself. I suggest potting meatballs in 400 degree oven till browned.
My oven went out a month ago, so this will work for me. lol.
