Scottish Shortbread Cookies / How to make Shortbread cookies.

Ingredient used;
21/2 cups of flour👉300g
Butter 👉226g
1/2 cup of sugar👉100g
1 tsp of vanilla 👉4.2g
5 tbsp of cornstarch 👉 50g
1/2 tsp of salt👉2.84g
NOTE: The butter for this recipe is 200g, because I’m using the stick butter, I don’t want to cut and keep the remaining, I decided to use all.
The butter I used for this recipe was 226g.
