July 1997 - Canadian Stampede and it brought full circle to Stampede Wrestling.
August 1997 - Summerslam with Owen Hart vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin for the Intercontinental Championship at the Meadowlands arena at Secaucus, NJ and the rest they say is history.
    October 1997 - Brian Pillman's untimely passing.
November 1997 - Bret Hart's final match in WWF.

America has always been rebellious. From the moment the Minutemen grabbed a musket, to the moment Stone Cold yelled Austin 3:16. Steve Austin embodies the take-no-prisoners attitude that won two world wars, sent us to the moon, and revolutionized the world with a light bulb. We don’t care what the rest of the world thinks. We do it our way and to 🤬 with anyone who thinks otherwise. That’s why American wrestling fans love Stone Cold Steve Austin.
