APAR
(Annual Performance Appraisal Report)
I, Rajeshwar Pandey, Station Master of Uttarpura Station, at my duty place as per my prescribed duty roster, in neat and clean full uniform with name plate, ID card and tie etc. I reach before the scheduled time. And I discharge my duty as per the 'Station Working Rules (SWR)' of Uttarpura station.
I follow the instructions of my higher authority and other circulars issued from time to time (such as Special Safety Instructions, Operational Safety Instructions, J.P.O., and Miscellaneous circulars etc.)
While on duty, I operate safe trains with punctuality, following the orders of the Controller along with following the safety and security rules.
I reach the duty place before time and after the duty is off, I return after completely handing over the responsibility.
During my duty, I pay special attention to the cleanliness of the station premises and the systematic arrangement of files and registers.
I also counsel my subordinate employees from time to time and lead all my staff before station inspection from time to time. I remain disciplined and polite at my duty place.
Whenever there is any inspection at the station, I personally reach there and assist the Station Superintendent / On Duty Station Master (for example Inspection of DRM, ADRM, Sr. DOM, Sr. DSO, T.I. etc.) In all these inspections, despite being off duty, I present at the duty place and full cooperate.
