Good morning. I hope you were doing well. Most of the major cities I've been through have something called Enterprise zones. They are taxed at a higher rate and of course the tax is passed on to you as a consumer. Haven't said that they are always much cleaner than the surrounding areas. And they have more police and sanitation presents. I hope you're doing well I hope you are keeping up on the maintenance of your vehicle because you really don't want to break down and any of these cities whether it's downtown or on the outskirts. Take care watch your back
A lot of the violent crime here gets swept under the rug and never reported on, Bass Pro and the colleges here don't want to scare away prospective students or tourists.
I think it's ironic that she said .I don't see any homeless people just as she passed the place that feeds them at noon every day.... Time of day matters
"Cute"??? Springfield is a dump. A dangerous DUMP. Have you been to their precious downtown? (You can hardly call it that there are more bars than Wisconsin lol.) Starting any business in Springfield is a death sentence. Not only are there few skilled tech workers, there's high crime, high taxes, really crappy music scene, trash, no parking and every corner has a bar full of drunks.
I actually really liked it. The crime is on the high side - easily top 10 if not top 5 most dangerous in the state, but if they could clean that up, its definitely a city I wouldnt mind living in.
You made me nervous trying to drive and work your camera, not professional. When you do these little city tours of yours you should get a local person to take you around so you can see the true city, not just drive around and judge while commenting and doing your camera work. I did find it entertaining though, while anticipating your car hitting something while working the camera. Lol good luck on the next town
Springfield is one of them weird cases where the numbers are very misleading. Springfield isn't near as bad as the crime stats suggest. I grew up in South Bend Indiana and trust me Springfield really isn't bad like that at all. It totally safe, even the "bad" areas aren't all that wild. Springfield has a low murder rate for it's size which suggests to me that most of the violent crime is domestic violence. Because honestly I don't see it. But for a majority white town it is unusual the city has such a high violent crime rate even if it is just domestic
Yeah. Alot of times I look at cities and figure the violent crime is either domestic or bar fights or things of that nature. I liked Springfield alot. Its a cool looking place. And it didnt seem like a bad place just on looks alone
I have built a new house 🏠 here in Springfield MO i don't notice crime but i definitely noticed panhandlers everywhere, homeless everywhere especially on the square. I still go to the square for coffee ☕ at the Mud House Coffee Shop . I also circle Jefferson, St Louis and Oliver over and over and over and over because those girls in the Sky Eleven they are always in the pool with dental floss suits. Dexter Lombardo enjoys Springfield because i'm from St Louis this place is nice. You are heading to the square area. I also enjoy going to the 🧇 Waffle House and watching the nightcrawlers at 3 AM and i am the strange one in the Waffle House 🧇 because I look normal 🧔🤠 Dexter Lombardo 🤠 🧔 out
Why average avg age is 33 ? Why people here have less age.make video. 2. Also make video on whats the minimum and maximum rent. Here in springfield Missouri

Most of the time I'm using a rental. Sometimes my car. But thanks for the advice
Springfield is not as bad as you are putting it. Our crime is mostly confined to certain areas. Everywhere else is ok.
A lot of the violent crime here gets swept under the rug and never reported on, Bass Pro and the colleges here don't want to scare away prospective students or tourists.
I've been there off and on my whole life . I've never known of it having a crime problem .
I think it's ironic that she said .I don't see any homeless people just as she passed the place that feeds them at noon every day.... Time of day matters

Lots of domestic crime.
Ya a buddy of mine I grew up with became a cop and he said 98% of the time you are going to domestic calls. He ended up quitting that job.
