Our favourite teacher is like a sun. She is back always we need her the most :3 i love your videos because they are both relaxing to watch and i can learn a lot. You inspired me to translate things on my own. Thank you for that. May the sun shine long for you
Could you make a vídeo translating the kanjis that are in the world of sekiro? I mean the door frames, the war flags, the clothing. For example before entering the divine Palace after defeating the true monk there is a kanji un the door frame, in the owl's necklace its another. I would like yo know that they mean. Thanks for the video
Regarding the Divine Grass "mistranslation", I believe this is a case of the japanese script being updated without notifying the translation team. Due to its troubled development, this happens often with Bloodborne, where even UK eng descriptions differ from US eng ones, since the former was ultimated later, yet even that features some left-over: for example, the Cannon is said to be a Church weapon, while other languages call it a Powder Keg firearm.
The court titles becoming a part of a person's name was really insightful! I never considered Jinza and Sakuza in that manner, either--it makes me think consider Jinza to be a baby who had been swaddled, perhaps, by Orin before her passing? And now he is enchanted to return? I don't know but the connection between them feels stronger after having watched your video.

I have been told that Bloodborne has such cases, I wonder if Sekiro has more that I haven't seen yet.
