Oh my god! I loved that book so much, I read it a couple of years ago and fell in love with it 😍 we do seem to have the same taste though, so more suggestions please 🙏🏻 😂

I vote 3. I've never seen that pattern before. Beauty! My short cross stitching experience can't help to recommend you fabric nor thread, but maybe a variegated blue would be cool.

Glad to have found your channel and add another uk flosstuber to my subscriptions. How are you getting on with the stand? The base looks very similar to one I use and it is a lap stand designed to tuck the base under your leg so that might explain why it’s not so stable. Love the needleminders. Need to look some of them up as we’ve got an old vw too and love the 🌙. Look forward to seeing your stitching again

I’ve used the stand once and using double sided sticky tape has stopped it from wobbling… but what you said about it being a seat stand makes sense!
You’ve got good taste in vans too 😜
