Hi Soph, lovely to catch up with all your progress and plans, and the tingles-down-the-spine story of the white kitten. (Tingles in a good way...) Love it when things happen like that. I'm also glad you're enjoying just stitching what you want - I realised recently that I don't like having time pressures on projects, it makes them feel like a chore to get done rather than fun. I've got 2 official SALs and 2 projects where I've set my own deadline and though I love them, and want to stitch them, sometimes I want to break free and just stitch something spontaneously!!!!! The monochrome version really shows off the structure of the design more, rather than all the focus being on the little bits of colour. I am sew glad I found you. I am in the same situation….a flosstuber who considers 12 wips a lot. I am trying to get back down to 12 because 16 is just too much. Great choice of projects and lovely stitching.
