For this recipe you need:
For dough.
(1 tablespoon) 20 grams of sugar
(half a teaspoon) 4 grams of salt
(1 pack) 10 grams of instant yeast
(1.5 cups) 300 ml of warm water
(3.5 cups.) 420 grams of flour
(half a tea glass) 45 ml olive oil
For sauce.
(1 teaspoon) 2 grams of mint
(1 tablespoon) 30 grams tomato paste
(2 tablespoons) 20 grams of ketchup
(quarter tea glass) 20 ml olive oil
(quarter cup) 50 ml of water
For the above
120 grams of cheddar cheese
1 tomato,
1 onion,
1 green pepper,
1 capsicum,
sausage,
1 egg yolk

That crust, dough looks wonderful ! Tomato sauce- YES ! Ketchup- NEVER ! First time I have ever seen corn on pizza, but why not ? ! These look delicious.
I tried with the corn,now everytime i make pizza i put some corn if available coz i like the crunchy it brings,you should try...
Usually corn is put on if you do a South West style pizza like whole black beans no juice so strain them well, and corn onion and peppers even Jalapenos and some chicken and you make the sauce a little spicy by putting chili powder or Sriracha sauce mixed in the tomato sauce

An easier way would be to just buy self rising flour and plain yogurt two ingredients that makes the easiest dough however it will be a little bit more on the sourdough taste but it still tastes really good for a pizza crust without all the other ingredients and yeast and waiting for it to rise you really don't have to wait just mix it in 2 to 1 it helps to let it sit a few minutes but not necessary just need it up and shape it out

I make a good pizza using medium hot salsa spooned on the bread dough. Then I put fresh basil.
Then a mix of shredded Mozzarella and a Mexican cheese called Queso Fresco. The Mexican cheese makes the Mozzarella very elastic =) Most American cheeses in america are lower fat, so they do not stretch. Then I put pepperoni, meat or raw ground sausage on top. The salsa is chunky and has vegetables in it.
