This is amazing. For those who might not know how to freshly grate coconut, i used 1 can of coconut milk instead. followed the exact recipe. then chopped 10 basil leaves and blended it with another can of coconut milk and added to the meat after stirring in the paste. Thanks for this amazing recipe it was so delicious, green curry from scratch! :D
