I had rented an Ola outstation cab from Wakad Pune to Lavasa, the cost for complete up n down journey was Rs.2080 which was quite economical as compared to private cars and the journey went smooth.

Many eateries shop's have been closed after corona n nothing much left in lavasa..i visited last year . it's almost over

You can walk if you r fine wd it else you can rent cycles also on hourly basis
