It is located approximately 70 km from Pune city. I went there in 2014 and work was totally stopped. The design of row house was also little different. No one was living in the completed houses. There was small canteen that used to charge 90/- for veg sandwich. As project is failed miserably they started to charge 400/- per vehicle for visitors. Imagine guys who will choose to stay 70km away from Pune city. The place where no basic needs available. It could have been better option for weekend outing but due to poor planning this much amount of money totally wasted. Our country is not poor the thing is some people got lot of money even though they don't deserve for it.

The situation is much more grim... One of the person I know leased a flat here... Company stopped maintaining the property... As a result the people stopped paying maintenance charges... And now Lavasa has sent notices to terminate the Leases of flats.
