For my flask usage, if i know it lasts 60 seconds and the bosses health is going down 1% per second about, I’ll use it at 65-70% boss health because obviously the last 20% goes down faster than 1%health/per second. Easy to eyeball
I’m a newbie and I’ve just started playing wow. Looking for guidance, Like what class will be better for me? What profession is recommendable to make good gold? Are warriors better damage dealers?
1- What class will be better for you is completely dependent on you, I can't answer that for you you will have to experiment with different classes look at different videos and see what you prefer, the most important thing to consider is that your class is a huge factor in enjoying the game because your class is basically your gameplay and if you pick a healer for example when you don't like healing you're not going to enjoy the game, so you're gonna have to decide what you enjoy yourself :p 2- Alchemy is a good option for example because people need consumables every week and there's no shortage of demand for potions and flasks, so is enchanting. Crafting professions are a niche because you need really good recipes to really make gold with blacksmithing for example and those recipes are rare and difficult to get but if you get them you'll make big bucks. And then make sure to pick a gathering profession as your second profession like mining if you went blacksmithing or herbing if you went alchemy, because gathering professions provide you with raw gold and reagents for your main profession. But I wouldn't worry about all of this while you're leveling, just focus on getting to level 60 then start leveling your professions there's no rush. 3- Yes warriors are statistically the best damage dealers followed by rogues, but mages are also great for example now in phase 5 I often see a mage above everyone else in the damage meters out of nowhere. Warlocks are also good but statistically they don't do more DPS than warriors or rogues. And then you have other niche specs like ret paladins or shadow priests which don't do really good but if you really enjoy those classes and their playstyle it's not impossible to find a casual guild that will accept them, just know that you won't be joining a very high level guild with a ret paladin for example.

Correct Execute does not benefit from STR, it benefits from rage. However STR increases rage generation so it makes your executes stronger indirectly. I hope that makes sense

As we're climbing in the patches of Classic the rank 14 weapons and gear becomes less powerful compared to what you can get from AQ40 and Naxx so I don't think spending so much mental effort on getting rank 14 is worth it nowadays. It definitely was in phase 2 and 3 tho !
Firewater is better than juju Migth for speedruns/ Cleave fights.
Might be a better addition to the consumes list.

I do get decent timings when I eyeball sometimes it but mostly I mess it up, I must just suck at it :p Using weakauras to guide me helped me a lot

Diamond flask & MRP are a strength increase which doesn't increase execute dmg so wouldn't it be best to use them earlier rather than later?

Should be using bloodthirst during execute phase too if you’re above 2k AP.

the problem here is the aggro, I cant afford to spam heroic strike, I can only parse >90 on bosses like loatheb
just use cleave instead. same effect, just slightly less base damage
