I was married for 7 years in my 20's and a long term relationship where we actually hoped. I never had a single pregnancy. At 39, I found myself miraculously pregnant. He was 48. I don't trust that at all. What I mean is, I have both personally known and also heard many stories of women being told by doctors that they couldn't get pregnant, only to end up pregnant usually later in life, like in your case. So I really don't trust when doctors tell a woman they can't get pregnant. At least if it were me, considering I don't want children, I would still use birth control even after being told I can't get pregnant. You can call it a miracle or whatever you want, but many women still have babies after being given such a verdict.

The fact that they allowed this man to refuse a recording of the interview is very telling. There's a case going on now that was taken based on the cops notes and memory of the interview in the common wealth of Mass, that chick Karen Read, and their account of what was said and done does not equal up to the bodycams of the officers and statements of the witnesses. I think Massachusetts has a long line of corruption from the police. It sounds to me like she had no qualms at all about sleeping with a married man and then having the baby. Says a lot about her selfish lack of character. Horrific what happened to her and her child, but the first thing investigators do is victimology.
OMG! Those moments when her little daughter tried to clean the blood off her mother with her toy broom! Heartbreaking... What the poor child must have gone through and how she will be able to process all this in her life. It's terrible!
I knew a case where an ex-boyfriend strangled a woman in front of her 2 year old daughter. That child later put ties around her teddy’s neck. Coincidence or memory? I have no doubt that what that infant saw was embedded in her mind as unresolved trauma.
The daughter seems to have turned out fine. A good student and a great beauty. Her birth was no mistake. All children are equal, irrespective of their parents`` marital status.
@@ullaforsman5313she didn't say she was sorry the baby was born. Her mom died-- that's enough to feel sorry for her, no? Sheesh. Also her private life is compromised forever.
If she wanted to get pregnant, she could have used an anonymous sperm donor. If she wanted to be a mother she could have adopted. Instead she went with a married man…not caring about his wife, their marriage, their 6 children and she asks for child support from a, basically, working class man…while her father owns property throughout Truro who is financially well-off, enough to be with a 29-year old ex-heroin addict. Just because she was murdered - brutally, I would say - doesn’t make her a great person. Not at all. She was also educated and earned enough money to live comfortably in NYC. Then, the biological Dad can’t have the child after she was graciously accepted by her kid’s father’s wife. Yeah…this could have happened, that could have happened. As a small child she readily answered “who loves you” with “My Daddy!” I am sorry that she got murdered. But for all her privileges and accomplishments, I am not impressed with her.
The little girl was so cute with her curly black hair and dark eyes. Obviously I’m sorry her mom wasn’t able to enjoy watching her precious daughter grow up.

Well when you’re planting evidence, I guess anything is possible. That is odd for sure. There should have been DNA on the hair clip. If a female or wife had friends or family eliminate her, then that DNA could have came from anywhere, especially if they are in the medical field. It could have came from a cadaver for all we know. The main problem comes from when people lie in the first place. Then you lose all credibility.

They'll be here long after your gone. Part of the job. Even though I don't like how they go about things either. But one thing for sure. There are no saints in this world. No one's exempt.
He fought hard for his client with all the ammunition he could muster. That's his job - that's what he's supposed to do. But the prosecution had solid DNA evidence and a confession where the defendant placed himself at the scene, being violent, the night of the crime. For all the defense attorneys maneuvering trying to cast doubt on the police interrogation, the defendant never retracted that he said he was there. Is it possible he had sex with her, left and someone else killed her? Perhaps but it's wildly unlikely so it's a great example of "beyond a reasonable doubt".
I think that framing is backwards. People can be good...evil is the natural default state that is only kept in check by severe consequences. Look at something that doesn't have any legal consequences: cheating on your spouse. depending on what studies you believe, anywhere from ~ 20-50% have cheated on their spouse...and that's against someone you know and love. people are way more willing to hurt and exploit total strangers...the only anomaly with people like this is that the risk of punishment wasn't enough to deter...but a huge number of us are capable given the right circumstances.

That’s sick. His wife wasn’t raped and murdered . I feel sorry for his wife too . She didn’t deserve to be cheated on . But she gets to live another day . Just because someone wasn’t the perfect victim doesn’t mean they don’t deserve our respect and sympathies. No one said idolizing things about christa. They aired out all her dirty laundry .
You are correct. A “good” woman does not have an affair with another woman’s husband. A “good” man does not cheat on his wife who has given him six children.
There’s one part of the defendant’s final statement that is sus. “I never meant for this to happen.” He is stating that to the judge. Innocent people would be saying things like; “I loved her we were in a relationship”. “I would never consider doing anything like this to anyone.” or “judge I’m not going to say anything about it because I don’t know anything about it.” Being a truck driver means he had to know the whole operation of of his vehicle and the route he needed to take to complete the job. So his defense attorney using his I.Q. was a bit outlandish.
Jacket suddenly only "realizes he's in deep sh--" AFTER he gets his mistress pregnant. Not, though, during the whole year he's cheating on his wife and 6 kids. No never then.

@@ullaforsman5313she didn't say she was sorry the baby was born. Her mom died-- that's enough to feel sorry for her, no? Sheesh. Also her private life is compromised forever.
I agree

How sad, Tony Jackett's lovely and very understanding wife sadly passed 2015 (Susanna Jackett
August 6, 1960 - August 19, 2015). May she RIP. She had breast cancer.
@@BlackCatTarotUSA She was only 55. Must have had a stressful life with all that Christie Worthington nonsense. On top of 6 kids.
That's sad
Thanks to Tony cheating az.
😢😢😢
The good ones always go early. It’s ok though she’s with our Heavenly Father.
How about the 3 different DNA 🧬 on her finger nails?
Uh, Only his DNA was present. Watch it again.
@@molliwilson5639 there was actually different DNA on her fingernails, his DNA was sperm.
I think that fella that has followed it from the beginning explaining that to him & others in the area this was "good enough" says more than this entire episode.
And there is definitely a lot not being said..I dont know what exactly, but....anyone else left with a weird feeling in the pit of their stomach suggesting we didn't get the truth?
Even Ava's father felt like something was off?
I'd like to see more candid interviews with the people around her.
When your best defense is your IQ 🤣
Or lack there of. 😂😂😂
Honestly one of the best shows ever! Love all the episodes!
I agree. For some reason I watch them when I go to bed.
@@anonanon1791me too and usually have to rewatch all of them 😂
@@anonanon1791 I do the same 🤣
@@micheleshively8557 hahahah exactly!
If they found DNA from 3 Different
People under her Nails, wouldn't be
right to find out about those People
too ? After all, there was a Struggle. 😢
Exactly.
What a beautiful girl Ava is. How cruel for anyone to deny her a mother and a mother to enjoy the pride of her success. I'm glad her father (whom she actually resembles) did right by accepting responsibility despite the jeopardy he faced. Mrs Jacket must be lauded as well for overcoming her justifiable indignation on behalf of an innocent child.
While this story is tragic on so many levels, it is gratifying to see that the innocent little girl is succeeding in her endeavors with the proper support.
feel so bad for tony's real wife, more than for christa tbh. People around victims tend to say idolizing things about the victim like having the best smile, kind, successful etc, which is understandable. But I don't find christa or tony as good people just halfway thru the show.
“I never meant for this to happen.”
He is stating that to the judge.
Innocent people would be saying things like; “I loved her we were in a relationship”. “I would never consider doing anything like this to anyone.” or “judge I’m not going to say anything about it because I don’t know anything about it.”
Being a truck driver means he had to know the whole operation of of his vehicle and the route he needed to take to complete the job.
So his defense attorney using his I.Q. was a bit outlandish.
the judge wouldn't believe him regardless of what he says, so it's moot.
Democrats🤷♀️😂
Jacket suddenly only "realizes he's in deep sh--" AFTER he gets his mistress pregnant.
Not, though, during the whole year he's cheating on his wife and 6 kids. No never then.
If he wants to raise his child, let him. He's the father.
They make it sounds like such a nice little town till they start to describe the people in it ! Yikes
I don't believe lawyers who have no neck.
It's a policy.
Story was well told- very balanced, not too emotional that we missed the storyline. However you still captured the necessary emotions of the story
This story has HOLES.
Not as big as Christa's.
Greetings team Kenya🇰🇪 we are busy with protests.. Almost missed 48 hours episode. Will be good to watch after a long day.

Advise everybody to be open, truthful, honest and transparent. The truth hurts, but lying is more damaging.
Stop the morally self righteous lecture.
Well damn she certainly had a type. A strange type 😂
